I have my IMac on Share Mac Analytics settings to on Share with App Developers but X Lights keeps crashing as soon as I touch a setting telling me to turn on (it’s already on)I’m getting ready to throw this out the Window 11,get it a joke!!Whats wrong please help!

This is great! FWIW, if you use 1 blade instead of 2 on the Pinwheel, then its center doesn't need to be at the edge of the display.

I have the Gilbert Engineering wings, which are similar but less dense. Unfortunately, they don't have as robust submodels as the ones you created. Is there an efficient way to create similar submodels on the GE wings?

What would be the right image size to create? I got like 4 lines of lights, nothing close to the image i wanted.

Thanks for the video. I was trying to figure out why there's an option for End Position with the picture effect but it's always grayed out. I'm sure you know this but for anyone else that may watch this video - you do not need to keep clicking on drop downs or toggle (left/right up/down) with your mouse. You can put your cursur over the field and use your middle mouse scroll wheel to toggle through. Saves a lot of time.

When i do the copy and paste its just copying the letter not the image, is there something i am forgetting? Also using photoshop.

So, I tested this on a 18Mb MP4. The video is 1280x720. I selected the preset Very Fast 720p 30 and the file size actually increased to 40MB. What should I have done differently? Thanks for the video by the way. :) I've learnt heaps from them.

When you record videos in xlights, it's really important to turn the brightness up, and enlarge the size of the pixels (under layout model properties appearance) so they can be seen more easily. Most videos I've tried to watch on my tablet you can BARELY see the lights on the screen.

In my xlights when I open the color palette, I don't have the same thing you have. It doesn't look anything like yours. I don't have a RGB slider, and I don't have a box to manually enter the color hex? Not sure why. I have the latest version of xlights installed.

GREAT video. Thank you!! A couple q's though. (1) what resolution matrix do you have and (2) what is the resolution of the singing faces? I'm concerned my matrix doesn't have enough pixels to support this. I only have 512 pixels in my 4'x8' matrix
