Thanks for posting the videos. I'm just about to start mine so looking forward to seeing the next installment.
What's your plans for welding the new section to the old on the back face? I was thinking of either pulling the skin back to weld from the outside or cut a V section from the frame to weld from the inside. Cheers

Ian Jefferson not sure yet how to tackle it, been puzzling this one myself, dont want to bend the skin if i can help it, was tempted to cut in a fillet or reinforce it with a brace, either way it will have some strong adhesive ... dunno yet
