    If you can tig weld or know someone that can, I’d suggest you make a custom gas tank that runs along the entire length of the underside of your top tube. Just a thought.

    Going that fast you need to get a steering stabilizer because if the bars move one way too much while you’re tucked down it will just throw you off. I had it happen to me on a different bike with taller bars where my hands were right in front of me and up some more.

    • @larryluna36
      @larryluna36  2 месяца назад +1

      I’m running a regular $25 clutch from Amazon. I cut the springs shorter from it so it won’t burn the clutch at idle or low rpm but it ran great and had no issues. Right now I’m in the process of making it run with a 40 series torque converter but I will make a video on it once it’s running.

    I have other question sir I appreciate ur help in regards to drilling out the dial pen area. I was wondering if you could explain that just a bit more or if by any chance you may have a picture ? Of how u did this in odder to fit everything properly also it’s ok to remove the electric starter and just have that hole open exposed as well ? Thank u sir.

    • @larryluna36
      @larryluna36  3 месяца назад +1

      Yes i removed the whole starter assembly and I now have the hole exposed. It will be safe to run as far as I know as long as nothing gets caught in there because the flywheel is exposed a little. I can actually show you exactly how I drilled out the area where the dial pen goes. I will have a video up soon but I’ll upload a RUclips shorts about it since I’m trying out a new torque converter for it to see the difference and I can show you exactly what I did to make it fit.

    • @larryluna36
      @larryluna36  3 месяца назад +1

      Starting with a 420cc even stock is already a head start because of how much more power and torque it has over a 212cc. The carb I’m using is a flat slide 28mm and the jet is a 120 and needle position is 2nd to the bottom. It runs perfectly smooth it doesn’t bog at all but I think it could use a little more tuning because the spark plug isn’t colored the way it should be

    • @larryluna36
      @larryluna36  2 месяца назад

      This is a standard 5 inch BAM frame, not a custom frame it’s just a regular 5 inch frame. You will run into problems with clearance in a couple different places but I’d recommend you buy the gopower sports big block plate adapter to make it a lot easier.

    That thing got a lot of room for improvement. Cam/valve springs?? 30mm carb? Better clutch? All things that will MPH faster. I bet you a clutch gets you 5mph. I have a cheap one now and it has to go. It ruins top end

    • @larryluna36
      @larryluna36  3 месяца назад

      It certainly does have a lot to improve. The only thing done to it is governor delete, a 28mm carb and exhaust with muffler. I do need to get a new exhaust because this one right now is for a 212 and the tube size is actually restricting the exhaust flow and it has a muffler to make it even more restrictive.
