@@chhavyamehta7972 Preparing for CAT🤷♂. Generally they don't ask this as most freshers give CAT like this only. Still if you want to be double sure, then you can join an online course/certification for a month or 2.
Some IIMs have removed it from the process, but most of them are still doing it. I am not sure about the exact IIMs which are following and which are not. You can find this information on Google

I will complete my bachelors in may and give cat this year, should i utilise my time in cat prep or look for job after my degree?
You can focus only on CAT, few months gap won’t be counted as a GAP. Focus completely only and only on CAT.
