Cinematographer Nick Matthews Talks "Saw X"

In our latest filmmaker talk, we sat down with Los Angeles-based cinematographer Nick Matthews to dive into his experience as a filmmaker and discuss the long road that led him to lensing Saw X. Nick relates his inspiration for the terrifying look of the film, how this installment fits into the overall visual puzzle of the Saw franchise, and what made him choose the Sony VENICE digital cinema camera. He describes how he used it to achieve a gritty, film-like image reminiscent of the original picture's 35mm celluloid format with Cooke Panchro/i Classic Primes.
