    Dermot needs a new repertoire of questions….it’s always the same old same old…he makes himself look like he is not the brightest button on the cardigan. 😂🇦🇺🇦🇺

    Why on earth would you want to prep roast potatoes a few days in advance or put them in the freezer. So easy to do not the day. Peeling and preparing roast Potatoes does not take long at all. Has to be Maris Piper or King Edward's.

      As they said, it dries out the potatoes a bit which helps with crisping and browning. Also, if you're making potatoes for many people it can be nice to prepare as much as possible, plus the dryer your potatoes are the more you can crowd your pan without compromising the crispiness when you're cooking for many.

    Don’t put them in the hot oil like she did unless you like getting hot oil all over the place! 😂
