WATCH PART 2 HERE - ruclips.net/video/-owIeP5_d6E/видео.htmlsi=XlGc68mV1gau28sU in that video, I talk about my thoughts actually getting on the coaster, and I give a full indepth review! It also sheds a lot of light on the more "controversial" parts of this video 😂
This guy? 😂 Nah there's nothing really to talk about with tt2....I mean lsms are just so weak it needs the swing anyway. Regardless of what I think of the model in all honesty I think they should have just kept the top hat up as a memorial and closed the coaster for good....
I don't mind the rollback and the RMC elements. I know that they're lazy elements, but they don't bother me. What bothers me is the lack of theming and how some of the elements just don't hit. I do like the ride, but I just wish it went over the top hat faster.
Disclaimer, I saw this and got angry, no hate to the creator, this was a well crafted video. However I disagree with a lot of the arguments, and for some reason this happened: Ok I've never been on pantheon, but this video had a lot of really bad arguments. Ik its a re upload but the thing about the swing launch being a gimmick is not an argument against pantheon. Sure its a "gimmick", but from what i've heard, going backwards enhances the airtime because you don't know when it's going to hit, and the vertical spike looks amazing. It isn't a downside if the so called "gimmick" enhances the ride, or adds something unique to the experience (in pantheons case going backwards). Also calling rollbacks a mistake is incorrect. When designing the accelerator model Intamin realized that the train not clearing the top hat was a possibility, and so they installed brakes on the launch. Also, when an intamin accelerators rolls back, it is considered to be a good thing, and lucky for the people on that train. Also about your point on the theming, while it is true that pantheon has little to no theming, a lack of theming should not take away from the ride, however good theming should add to it. Nobody cares when six flags announces another coaster called batman, but the reason people get angry about pantheon not having theming is that theming was shown in the renders. Also what do you have against grass? And the thing about it's elements being copy and paste RMC elements is not true either. Yes, outer banks, 0g stalls and wave turns were all invented by RMC, but the elements on pantheon all have distinctly intamin profiling. The outer bank has a much steeper banking angle, and the stall is much more flat than anything RMC would make. Also, the wave turn is profiled very differently than RMC wave turns. As for the beginning of the ride, saying the 0g winder isn't intamin is plain wrong. Just because it isn't "classic" intamin, doesn't mean its not intamin. Intamin invented that element, and the profiling of the quick outer banks that follow is different than RMC, because they go to the sides much further. This profiling can also be seen on toutatis, another intamin lsm multilaunch coaster. Also, even if they were copy and paste RMC elements, that wouldn't matter because their still really good, and coaster manufacturers have always taken each others ideas. Imagine if back in the 70's when when arrow made a vertical loop, people said it was bad because they were ripping schwarzkopf's idea. Also just because "classic" intamin is what you are used to, it doesnt mean that it is better, or more innovative. Classic intamin is mostly just camelbacks, twisted hills, and switchbacks. None of these elements were invented by intamin. Also, just because it coulvd've been a giga, doesn't mean the existing coaster is bad. Sure it could have been something that could've been better, but what we got is still great. Pantheon is not a perfect ride, but I'm almost certain it's not as bad as you say it is.
Watch pt 2 I discussed my thoughts after riding! I see where you're coming from, but you're giving this coaster too much praise. It does a terrible job representing this park and the company who built it! Everything is infact copy and paste.....there's no inspiration at all! You can't argue against that! These elements are not that great either. Intamin did a pretty bad job....i talk about each individual one and what i think of them in pt. 2! Grass is lazy. Look at the rest of this park and then try and argue with me why you would settle with grass... Also, claiming we should hold the same standards for six flags as a Busch park is wild. One is the discount chain and the other wins most beautiful park in the world! There are not the same, and I don't see why you would use that as a fighting argument in your case..... I understand that intamin made a fail safe when coasters roll back.....that's just obvious, but they shouldn't really have been a thing. It wasn't designed to do that, and technically, the coaster has failed... That's why they all "break down" after a roll back even though everything is fine. None of my points are bad or wrong..... I wouldn't have made over 25 min worth of Pantheon crap talk if I didn't think so. The point was to make you think about the points I brought up.
@@MichaelBerra I see your point, and you definitely more qualified to talk about pantheon than I am. Hopefully I will be able to get to BGW next summer, so I can form a better opinion on the coaster. My intention with this comment was not to start an argument, however to constructively criticize some of the points you brought up. Im sorry if I came across as rude, and hopefully I can make a follow up to this comment once I have been on the coaster.
Major facts. I still haven’t had the chance to ride pantheon, but the theme is so good. The theming is WHY I hate this coaster. The elements are basic, which would be fine if they themed the hell out of this ride. I want velocicoaster level theming installed lol kick ass theming would make this coaster 100x better.
The park has never been the same since the sale and Seaworld became an independent entity from Anheuser Busch. I literally got the see the decay in real time from my 10 years of working there. From when it was owned by them until I quit. Now they just seem to be just like any other park. I mean really food trucks? Pantheon hurts too, I mean if your expecting it then your fine. but after my only time riding it? I rather ride Drachen Fire again. BGW has been typically on the short end when it came to the budget if you compare it to Tampa.

I love Pantheon. Something it could have improved on is definitely theming. If you hate gimmicks, what do you think of dive coasters?
This guy is going to go crazy about Top Thrill 2
This guy? 😂

Intamin + RMC influence = chef's kiss. Heck, look at Velocicoaster.
I love this ride, but this video was hilarious and awesome
I’m with you king… these rollback/spike launch elements are the laziest, lamest shit ever

I disagree with everything you said besides the theming. They spent money on the entrance and then quit
Man is onto something 🗿🍷
It is stupid and so will top thrill be no one’s wants to roll back and fourth back and fourth so stupid
AHHHHHHH😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫
Lol at assuming they can’t produce LSMs that can clear the top hat when Red Force exists.
???
