I love this song! I once played this song when it was raining, and the sun came out a few minutes in. Also, does anyone remember when happy music like this was playing all the time? Ah, those were the days. Nowadays, it's about rap, love, and/or depression, and they all sound the same, BOOOOORIIIIINGAH!
Why wasn’t Lady here? She definitely belongs with this! Burnett would’ve fit well also with the lines during 0:15-0:41 during those lines it could’ve shown him feeling hopeless at first but then choosing to restore Lady and the first chorus could show her returning to her former glory. Nicely done but with that content in the beginning it would be truly amazing.
