I got this at Best Buy. First one, didn't suction properly. But returned it. And second one was awesome. I did it for area carpets. It worked best on the synthetics. On wool, the low pile did excellent. On my fancy white wool medium pile rug, the bristles pulled out quite a bit of material. It's an older rug, so I didn't care that much. But I can't imagine using this on a really expensive antique Persian. Overall, I am happy with purchase.
Thank you so much! Buying one of these. Cheaper for two family members to buy than pay for two carpet cleans in Australia! And we can get on top of any stains. I think the product will pick up and pet fur that has got caught and the vacuum has missed. Thanks a million

So I took it apart to see if it was clogged and couldn't get it back together. Had a friend get it back together for me. Used it again and one of the rollers literally broke in half. Yay.
Thank you for your video. I’m planning on getting a carpet cleaner but I didn’t know which is the best one, especially because I have a large dog. No accidents from him but he likes to roll around in the dirt and grass and when I bring him in at night, he will lie in the living room carpet and the next day, the carpet would be dirty with rub in dirt or grass stains from him rolling on his back in the living room.

The reason there are clumps of fiber on the carpet is because you either didn't vaccume your carpet properly before shampooing or your vaccume doesn't do a deep enough clean for thick pile carpet.
