Thankful you five are okay. I'm not going to lie, after finding out our son's home was okay, sans electricity, you two were who I thought of next. Thank you for posting this, seriously, I was worried. Be safe out there.
So glad you guys didn't have any damage. Our coast here in the Big Bend will never be the same. Getting 3 major hurricanes in a year has been absolutely devastating in so many ways. Thanks for raising awareness and trying to help your buddy! By the way that venison roast looked freaking amazing!
You were good in what you showed. We are in South Daytona and are flooded out. Thank you for showing every body what it's like to worry about a hurricane
Tug you might want to replace that sycamore tree in your yard. The taller they get (we had two over 100 ft tall) the more brittle they become and there is a disease they are very susceptible to that makes them even more of a hazard close to a dwelling. My parents had one next to their shed and it broke in half during a bad storm and damaged their shed roof.
Ian. we are all so blessed. I'm so thankful for having found your channel. Tug Trash has been a blessing to me, I look forward to seeing what y'all are going to show us. You, Krystal, and B are such good people, y'all have a heart for giving to others. I am proud to call you friend. I hope your mom is doing well. God Bless
Great video Ian & Krystal! I woke up here in Cole Harbour, NS yesterday, & the first thing that came to mind was to pray for the people of Florida. God bless you all! That roast on the Traeger made me think about the 2 turkeys I’m smoking for our Canadian thanksgiving this weekend & the ham I’m going to make into pulled pork. Thanks for sharing!!!
I’m in Ormond. Besides the fence we did good. Didn’t even lose power which was answered prayer. I was up all night watching it and it was wild. Insane winds and so many tornadoes
Great Hurricane Prep Video! I appreciate you sharing this video. A Lot of People have never been through anything like this and it’s Great that you Shared. Still Praying for those Folks that Haven’t Fared so well!
Thanks for the timely 'almost real-time' post . Good to know you and your family and surrounding neighbors are safe and haven't suffered major property damage . Very surprising that no power was lost ! The battery powered pole saw looks pretty handy to have around.
I am so glad you and Krystal are safe! I was worried for you and your family. We lost power Wednesday night around 11:30 pm here in Winter Haven. Thank you for updating us!!
Been watching from the UK again. Realise you guys were on the edge this time. We are hearing 3 million without power. Loss of life is a tragedy as well. Your vlog gives just a taster of how frightening and completely life changing weather can be. Keep safe and keep providing good wholesome home cooked grub for all your kin and for us viewers to take it all in.
Hey tug I'm very glad that you and your family faired well during Milton that's great news Bro.i. I'm feel so sad for those who did not and their family's it's just so sad.two back to back hurricanes inflorida is just terrible and utterly devastating .my prayers go out to all may God bless.everyone and help with.the recovery efforts and the rebuilding of the community's there and everywhere that was.hit hard.God Bless tug and May God keep you all.
Typical Florida boy hurricane prep, was fun Ian. Glad you did not flood. my parents ended up with about 4' of water in their 1st fl garage area, their over near Hudson. Praying for all the people who were not as fortunate as ourselves🙏
It was pretty wild here in Bradenton but we only had tree damage. As far as your generator, shut the fuel off and let the engine keep running until it dies. Next time you want to use it, there’s a very high chance you will have zero issues
We just road out Hurricane Francine but prior too we bought a Honda eu7000 & was able to run our central AC, fridge & freezer. Let me tell you it was a game changer. We were without power for 5 days. We have antenna TV so it was like normal except having to fill the gen with gas once a day. If you can get Honda to sponsor you or just buy one. I promise you’ll never regret it. We have a Honda 3000 for our camp & have used that 1 since hurricane Katrina with no problems until it got struck by lightning our mechanic fixed it & she purrs like a kitten. Honda inverter generators are the way to go. It’s an investment in the beginning but they are a work horse & last forever if you change the oil.
We are from the Texas gulf coast and know all too well about hurricanes. We endured Hurricane Beryl earlier in the season and we had a direct hit in Lake Jackson. We were happy to donate to the Captain and his family. Prayers to everyone who have been hit by these hurricanes.
I'm in Naples we have 5ft of storm surge lost my aunt's condo again just had it 99% finished from hurricane Ian n now all over again glad y'all were safe this was a nasty storm
Dude you said don’t judge you about your garage. No one should say nothing to you negative about anything!!!! Your garage looks like an outdoorsman’s Cave!!!! You are an awesome worker! An awesome captain! A great family man and provider!!!!! It’s absolutely awesome that you give thanks to the lord at some of your videos on you tube! And I don’t understand how you can go from tug work and absolutely stupid hours to coming home and make amazing videos! You are AWESOME!!! No matter what anyone says!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But you could throw a net better! 🤣🤣 Just kidding, I had to say it lol Not kidding lol OK have fun guys be safe. See you on the next one. But
So Glad God was with ya'll during the storm! We also have been Praying for the People in the Tampa area! Love Ya'll Crazy Steve & Teri from inland S.C.
Really glad you guys made it through OK. I have 3 employees still without power, one in Orlando, one in Tampa and one in Sarasota who can't get back to his home. Thankfully they are all OK and their families are OK too. God bless Leslie. I pray he gets some relief.
HELLO IAN buddy i am so glad to hear that you & your family made it through the hurricane 🌀 man . I was praying 🙏 for you man that you would be ok man . Thanks you so much for showing us how you ride out the storm at home man . My prayers 🙏 go out to the people that did not make it through the hurricane 🌀 like your buddy man . Thanks you so much for sharing this video brother & God bless 🙌 you all are ok brother . Stay safe out there brother .
I’m so glad you are safe. My wife’s sister and brother-in-law live in St Augustine. They had similar experience. Pray for Tampa area and Western NC. Fema is screwing them.
I have been praying for ALL Y'ALL there in Florida. May GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS and KEEP YOU SAFE. See you soon after wards. Let us know how you weather this storm okay. Love 💕 OH I wanted to say that I watched another channel and he used spray foam around door's and windows and I saw today it worked. Now I must say he didn't get the garage doors completely sealed and did get some water in. But not as much as his neighbors, they got a foot inside, he got maybe a inch in. Just due to lack of spraying foam completely. Now, the clean up might be tricky because of the seal, but better than flooding. Just a little tip. Sorry it's after, but FYI for the next time, they are saying in a couple weeks out. God bless I'm keeping y'all in my prayers. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I'm happy you guys are safe from those storms. I have been praying for those affected. Tell Crystal to not be concerned about her in her pj's. I kinda feel like you guys are my extended family now. God bless you guys. Stay safe and know I am praying for your safety.
We went through the northern eye wall here in Pinellas. Been here in Florida my whole life and I’m not gonna lie. That was some scary wind we got last night. Unfortunately my house did get a bit flooded but hey we will rebuild! Nice video brother. Keep up the good work.
Glad you guys made it through all good! My place in Astor made it but now the river is rising, lots of flooding going on. Power has been out since midnight so my crappie in the freezer is in jeopardy. 😔
Thank you for this video we went through the first hurricane of the year with 85 mile an hour wind and that was bad And feeling lucky like you we went 18 days with out power and lost year hog and this year steer meat
