Spider, after barely surviving Redip's attempt to assassinate him and take his place, manages to sneak on board the airship that take the crew to far east HQ, where other mavericks that had been fought and destroyed had been recreated. He manages to repair himself and reunites with the party, telling them of Redips' deception early, and the team, now all together once more, go to confront the mad man, X, Zero, and Axl in the name of justice, Massimo, Marino, and Cinnamon to protect their home and the world, and Spider to return the favor to Redips after surviving the greatest gamble in his life.
Yep. This proves that Spider did exist, Axl and the New generation Reploids (in this case Redips) need original Reploid Data to do an A-Trans. So Redips must have encountered the Original Spider and disposed of him somehow. 😭

There are a few theories going around the fanbase whether there was a Spider as a separate entity, and Redips killed him, and stole his data and impersonates as him, or Redips came up with Spider using Supra force metal, meaning Spider doesn't exist as a separate entity. Thing is, with the 2nd theory, I don't think Redips gets hold of any super force metal till near the end of the game (back in the war head room where "Spider" killed Botos and took the SFM), so the second theory wouldn't make much sense.
Honestly it is heavily implied that Redips did a kill and replace with Spider rather than just make him up completely. I personally like to believe that this happened right before chapter 6.
I always liked to think that Redips just impersonated Spider, using a Copy Chip, just like how Axl possesses the ability to transform into other Reploids. Also, I believe the original Spider, whose creator is unknown is still dead.
