Now it's my turn to have a facelift at 63; I have already had injections but it was temporary and in any case today it would no longer be enough. I went through hardships, held on for my children and this is my reward Too bad I stay too far away to see this doctor

I've had several major surgeries & I guess he is afraid. I'm willing to take the chance on surgery. I also fell the guilt to for wanting a facelift. Like I'm vain or shallow. I am a month after face/neck and temporal browlift. Finally the left brow is coming down more, so they are almost at the same level again. I was worried about that. My weak spot so to speak is a turkey neck, which all women in my family have. As a teen I said I would go under the knife, should I ever get one. So at age 52 I did.

There should be a government program for this... Watching our faces decay takes a toll on our mental health. I'm only half kidding... I can no longer show my face. At least covid masks are affordable, lol!!
@dam mar I have thought of this too. Botox, face lifts, tucks, laser, etc should be covered. Our tax dollars pay for people to change their gender and they get plastic surgery covered. I know a few trans people that even get anti aging treatments included in their package, yet us women are essentially supposed to be fine with looking less beautiful and we have to pay for it.
How does one go about finding an experienced, competent plastic surgeon for a facelift? Seems this route takes some time, and pain, but the way to go vs fillers, etc,

This is exactly what I want. How much is the vertical restore, eyes lip lift and neck procedure? Do they all go with a vertical restore? I don't need exact numbers just the average from this price sure or the scale from what to what. I have lost fullness a little from menopause. I don't have many wrinkles, just everything is headed south lol. I'd definitely need my eyes done, they've always been hooded a bit but it's so much worse now. I have marionette lines beside my mouth a Native American trait I inherited which shows up during aging. I'm 53 and have used Botox and fillers once or twice in one or two lines and a bit in Lois but never like fillers so luckily didn't use them and stretched skin. The lip lift looks fantastic. I live in the UK but am American and definitely it's want this. Just curious about range of prices.
Hi, This was a great video to see! Especially the last pt. who had the laser treatment. I am ending day 12 of my deep plane face and neck lift with full face erbium yag laser and feeling very discouraged. The video helped but I am still so very red, lower face is swollen, I have a dimple in my right cheek, under chin is very firm, cheeks are tender and I just look so ugly right now. I still cannot go out in public. I know it is a process but I worry in 3 weeks when I go back to work the redness will still be uncontrollable. I am also looking for any skin treatment to help with the absolute lack of hydration and dewyness to my current skin. Regular moisturizer is not doing enough. Thank you for sharing and thank you for any suggestions.
I had very difficult recovery from deep laser treatment. I was heavily swallen for 2 weeks, and my face felt like bad sun burn for over a month. After that I said - never again.
My hope, of course, is to not have to have laser resurfacing again. I’m a Tarascon person, very outdoorsy and active outside, some smoking history, so I wanted to a New comin Best jammin Hood, that I could not undo any other way. I’m 55 so I think simply having better skin as I age will be will be good. I’m still swollen, that could be from the face with neck lift, and or surgery or all of the above. I actually think the swelling and bruising is probably more from the surgery. I’m currently at week five as of tomorrow. The laser it wasn’t painful, but I would do it again if it was absolutely necessary, I just think at my age I’m hoping it isn’t.
Can humanity focus on the real issues, such as the right to cure children and people from diseases that can be cured or at least alleviate the suffering, on the fight against the exploitation of the poor and disenfranchised, the right to dignity, instead of such banal unimportant things as some wrinkles?! Kudos to people who know what a real pain and a real life problem is and who will always help without expecting anything in return.
