    Hello everyone! My name is Jannie Lam, and I am a self-taught cook. I mostly learned from watching my mother and grandmother in the kitchen while growing up. I never knew that my passion for food and cooking ran so deep until I auditioned and competed on Season 9 of Fox's hit TV program-MasterChef. From that show came my nickname “Vegas Vixen," which at home with friends and family became "Vegas Vixen in the Kitchen." Thus, my new weekly RUclips series was born. So tune in each week as I cook, talk about food, and share different aspects of my culture overall life. Enjoy my take on classic recipes as well as my own culinary visions.

    Ingredients:
    1lb ground pork, chicken, or turkey
    2 tablespoons chicken powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    Cornstarch (optional)
    32 oz. Chicken broth
    3 cups of water
    2 tablespoons chicken powder
    1 1/2 tablespoons salt
    1 tablespoon fish sauce
    Half onion
    Green onion

    I add egg white as binder and for softness, AND the potato starch for a little chew. I like how you work the meat.

    I this soup too but I like mine with clear noodles and green onion in it

    as a kid i was confused as shit why anyone would eat this bitter ass food id only eat the stuffing. as an adult ive learned to accomodate it
