Love the house, it has lots of potential. That porch is amazing! Can't wait to watch you bring it back to life. The only thing I dislike are the Pecan Trees around the house. The limbs fall off at the slightest wind and the pecans sound like tiny bombs bombarding the house. I have one in the side yard 2 ft from my house and the house and my truck is full of that sappy black sticky yuk which is hard to get off.
