- Learn how to make thin & crispy sourdough crackers made with discard and/or sourdough starter. Today, I used ranch seasoning, but you can use whatever you like or no seasoning. The kids say these tastes like chips. I wanted to make a healthier chip option here, which is why I chose ranch. We also love cinnamon and sugar crackers.
I showed how to feed my starter on here because I had to use some of my starter for the 3rd batch of crackers.
