@@terryspencer4137 I meant keep up being a good example to all his fans and having fun. If that means killing animals in a way some people see wrong , yes.
Peter Guenther why does an arrow have to be used to prolong the death ? Why not a gun ? Just putting it out there. It’s not about food it about the thrill and the fun of killing an animal.
@@terryspencer4137 you know, after watching hunting videos for many years now, I've come to realize that animals probably feel very little to no pain when being shot. And an animal goes down just about as fast with an arrow as with a gun. With an arrow it's razor blade quietly cutting through. And with a gun there is a loud noise and a shock wave going through. Both can be misplaced and hurt the animal but that is something all hunters try to avoid at all costs. Hope this helps
I really dig your audio set up. You can literally hear your heart rate. You don't need the fake heart beat sound effect, it's audible in your breathing. Really brings me on the hunt with you. Great shot!
Love all your videos. When it comes to hunting. Cleaning. Cooking. You’re the only one to watch. You’re so inspirational and so professional. Man do I ever learn a lot.
Bear meat can have trichinosis. But trichinosis is killed after cooking the bear meat to 137F.(Of course bringing the temperature a bit higher would be best since many temperature gauges are not pin point accurate) But if you do not trust those numbers, 160F will do. There is still uses for meat meant for 160F+ internal like Hams, meat for stews, hamburger, jerky, smoking/braising certain cuts, etc. Also, that boar he just killed most likely had trichinosis as well.
