I'd Definitely recommend outlining what you want to talk about during a video and make bullet point notes to avoid rambling and repeating. It will help your presentation greatly.

I don't know if you've played James Bond, I've played tons of machines, Bond might be my all time favorite. The pro is great too.

The first rule of Pinball Ownership is...
    Pinball machines Break!
    Its usually a simple fix..
And Pinside owners clubs can help fix the mysterious problems.
Remember unless it's a brand new game, hundreds of people have fixed these games, over the decades.
    Cheers.

Vic thank you so much for the shout out, I super appreciate it. It's funny how things work out, glad you got the opportunity to do Wick or we might not have crossed paths. My last name also throws people off but it's basically pronounced "focus".
In terms of NIB purchases, I think it's definitely release and trim dependent. I think the 1k quantity Stern put out really hurt value retention for their LEs and even put pressure on the premiums. Venom was a theme no one really was looking for and the game play was mostly negative. Wick just really stumbled out of the gate and I think may end up like a Bond - poor code to start and a significant improvement as time goes on. Both of those have also suffered on the secondary market.. Wick will more now that X-men has been announced.
However, if you're looking at a Stern pro, the value retention is there for most titles. For example, a lot of the titles still go for $6k + used .. if it's a theme you really want and the reception is there, I don't think buying NIB is that bad if you plan to put the plays in like you have on your games. Personally I wouldn't get an LE for any game NIB because I think it's a lot of extra money for a plaque .. however, if they continue to drop the number run then the value might hold better than what we've seen recently.

Funniest part of this video is when your home use godfather has 100 high score photos of yourself. Think that is the worst feature ever brought to pinball.

Nah I love it, expecially when someone gets good enough and puts there photo on. In all fairness, anyone the beats a score i usually try to beat it right after lol

You haven’t experienced pinball ownership until you’ve acquired a pinball machine that’s at least 25yrs old. It’s a whole new world.

Hey Vic. Great video. Agree with you on Godfather and the idea that machines and themes resonate with people for different reasons. I’ve been on this pinball journey for a few years now and have 4 machines with another on the way soon (if CGC ever catches up with demand!)
I personally found my way to the arcade community first as well and they were welcoming and YT’ers were fun to watch. The pinball community was a tougher community to become a part of… not for love of the games, but the entitlements I saw content creators displaying. I saw the nonsense from Kaneda, a guy with zero machines in his home, and how he was blasting Bee… and when I stood up to defend the arcade community, was quickly banned by him due to his insecurity and not wanting to be challenged. I wouldn’t go out of your way to befriend him as his value is getting employees to share IP secrets and his rants that usually make no sense but excite his patreon community members.
But I’m a huge fan of Joel and Jarrod, and most of the other content creators all backtracked during that wick incident after first complaining because stern offered them all free trips to the factory. It shouldn’t matter who’s been following pinball longest, whose channels are dedicated to pinball or not… people like retroralph, BeeKong, MichaelB and others are fans too making great content and giving perspectives like yours.
Keep up the good work and ignore the haters. Once they realized we all love the game and experience the same things as owners, it shouldn’t matter what your content channel focuses on as long as it includes pinball too!

Great video Vic! I’ve been collecting pinball machines for 13 years, currently have 8 games. The pinball community is a great group (mostly men), pay no attention to the haters…….they are just having fun as men do. Keep doing what you are doing! Your content is honest and refreshing and I enjoy it very much.
