Cities Solve, Cities Deliver: Urban Water Resilience

Cities in the Resilient Cities Network are at the forefront of delivering innovative, adaptable and scalable solutions to build urban water resilience. This video is a showcase of their collective efforts. It calls on more cities to draw from available knowledge from within the network and for greater investments in water resilience projects in cities around the world. It also urges cities to put forward commitments at the upcoming UN water conference in 2023.
Urban resilience cannot be achieved and sustained without water resilience. Helping cities to collectively rethink urban water systems through resilience principles offers an opportunity to tackle global water challenges by providing a systemic and transformative approach to delivering water services in a more sustainable, inclusive, efficient, and resilient manner.
