While insurance plays a vital role, it cannot solve these challenges alone. Cities urgently need financial resources to harness the full potential of insurance in making climate adaptation possible. By providing senior city decision-makers with data on the future costs of inaction, they can better understand the cost-effectiveness of investing in adaptation now.

The government already collects waste from the houses in the morning. The government manages the waste in recycling plants properly.
You've done more damage to Glasgow than the lufftwaffe useless individual
Highly paid drival
When will this menace be ended ? What is the expected time of completion of the project ?
The people will sort out their problems by managing their household wastes and handing them over to the municipal garbage collection units. The waste generated will be treated in recycling units setup by the government.
All these ideias are SO inspiring! My final paper (bachelor’s degree in architecture) revolves around the ideia of the construction of a mixed-use building in a neighborhood located in São Paulo - Brazil, so it was very helpful to see actual examples with different approachs abour the same theme. Thank you so much! You're all very talented and well-articulated people!!
Cannot stand this pig
She is one of the main causes of the state Glasgow is in. A complete charlatan who worked as a barmaid previously. She is just not up to the job.
" Climate Change " in Glasgow... Are you serious...? Why do YOU waste thousands of pounds a year in Taxis to travel round Glasgow..? That's public money your wasting.. And you need the exercise... If you got on yir bike, you'd save the Climate by yourself... You disgusting waste of space....
Promote awareness about not throwing waste on streets, in trains

1) By reflecting away 30% of ISR the albedo, which would not exist w/o the atmosphere, makes the earth cooler than it would be without the atmosphere like that reflective panel set on the dash. Remove the atmosphere/GHGs and the earth becomes much like the moon, a barren rock with a 0.1 albedo, 20% more kJ/h, hot^3 on the lit side, cold^3 on the dark. Nikolov, Kramm (U of AK) and UCLA Diviner mission all tacitly agree. 2) the GHG up/down welling, “trapping”/”back” radiating/delaying/intercepting, 100 % efficient, perpetual warming loop requires "extra" energy which according to RGHE theory it gets from 3) the terrestrial surface radiating that "extra" energy as a near ideal .95 emissivity black body which 4) it cannot do because of the non-radiative heat transfer processes of the contiguous atmospheric molecules. 1+2+3+4 = 0 Greenhouse Effect + 0 Greenhouse gas warming + 0 man caused climate change. version 1.0 030221resilient
