Worst tripod I've owned had it for not even a month and the plastic covering on the legs broke and one of the legs snapped off and the metal on the another 2 legs snapped from minimal use

Are you sure you got the same one? I've had mines since 2020 and it's still good a s ever 👀, and as you can see in the video, my use of it is way more rough than the average person. You might have a different one, because this one doesn't have any metal on the legs, it's flexible rubber
