I wouldn't say Sega's music was forgettable, it you was watching the PR show when this came out you KNEW it from the show, and it made the presentation all the better for it.
I am surprised snes won the sound department.. While the snes music does sound better thanks to the superior sound chip.... The sega genesis had actual themes from the tv show and it sounded quite good!
Ehhh, I dunno. I'm a Sega guy, and I frequently disagree with them giving SNES the edge in sound just because it can do sampling/instrumentation better (or should I say, more easily). Despite this advantage, the SNES sound chip often produces more hollow, softer/weaker music. I generally prefer the more robust, bass-filled electronic sound of the Genesis, considering these are video games, after all. *However* , in this particular instance, I think the SNES sounds better in every aspect. Whoever did the music on this game for SNES did a great job.
Sega had the best graphics. The SNES version made the characters too buff and they were simply the red ranger recolored multiple times. The Genesis had all of the proper rangers complete with their right sizes and helmets.
You guys put a lot of work into your reviews even though your fan base isn't that big. I really like that your doing it for fun instead of just money. great review.
I liked the power gauge and the idea of pressing the soulder buttons to switch from foreground to background. Also, I enjoyed being able to play the heroes in their civilian as well as in their ranger forms.
Yeah, the sound quality was better for sure on the SNES version, but the actual material and base tracks used for the Mega Drive version are much better than the generic SNES tunes. So each has something, which is why I would have personally given sound a tie.
KotCR I don't know man, Those Ron Wasserman tracks were part of the power ranger experience to me and I'm sure everyone else who lived through the 3 year white hot fad that was the show.

@@gaba665 maybe you didn't read well, again, the soundtrack of the MMPR the movie, the game, in SNES, is one of the best, the other things like graphics, gameplay, etc, are better in the Genesis version of MMPR. Which is the fanboy part?
Agreed: it ACTUALLY followed the movie, there had 8-bit versions of the fighting songs AND you could even play as Jason, Zack and Trini for a time; what was there not to love.

Um, The SNES sounds like a MIDI file, because that's how it's sound system operates. It plays back prerecorded ADPCM samples that are heavily compressed to fit into RAM. It's very similar sounding to early 90's MIDI. The Genesis uses FM Synth, so it sounds like FM Synth.

Actually to me Sega should have won the graphics too. The SNES game is guilty of reusing sprites from the first Power Rangers game that was based on season 1 of the show.
I noticed something I'm not seeing anyone talk about here, so I'll share my thoughts. At 3:20 you mention that the sprites look better on the SNES. It's just my opinion, but I would have to disagree with that one. On the SNES, all the ranger sprites are just palette swaps of the Red Ranger. This is inaccurate as all the rangers have different subtle design differences, like helmets and added flare like the pink rangers skirt. Not to mention the Pink and Yellow ranger are supposed to be slightly leaner and less masculine than the others. The Genesis version has more accurate sprites. The most stand out features are the helmets. They all are drawn to look like the actual helmet. Not a criticism of your vid, just something I noticed.
Sega overall has it under its belt, the game is much, much better and authentic on the Genesis. Graphic comparison is on par, with only deciding factor being details and on genesis it looks authentic look wise. Snes version, everyone is jacked up and too similar to one another in suit (notice how differentiated each character is on Gen). Sound too is amazing on Gen, not at all MIDI like as he said. You can hear the heavy thumping music and it follows the show/movie. It even utilizes proper sound fx. Snes version is just okay whereas Sega Rangers game is amazing!
I noticed the subtle changes you made in the composition of the Power Rangers theme, changing just a few notes to avoid copyright but keeping it very similar, lol. It was a nice little cover version, I happen to know the song myself on guitar and have covered it live before with bands in the past :)
I will also throw out there you guys did once again an awesome job on this video loved the ending. Will say for sure you guys have earned your spot up in my top 5 favorite channels.
All of this is so true! Well, I know you guys basically gave music a tie, but having Go Green Ranger Go, Fight, 5 4 1, and Combat (the music from the show) gives the Sega version huge points in my book. I love those songs...the SNES music just gets boring. Keep up the great work!
Once again, you guys crack me up XD Love the part where at first Sega won best graphics, but then interrupted when saying that Nintendo wins Suggestion for a future episode: Bonkers
Love both of these games, but my favorite of the two is definitely the Genesis version for sticking more to the traditional beat 'em up formula, and also for having music from the show. The optional Lord Zedd battle and being able to use the Zords are also icing on the cake as well.
You two are the absolute coolest man-kids ever. I could actually just see chillin with y’all. Love ur channel. LOVE IT!! Laughed so hard at this one.🤣🤣
Best part is when he has to collect the batteries haha. Review both beavis and butthead games next if you guys have time. I think you two could pull off the beavis and butthead look too. (Not making an insult but the blonde hair, brown hair and couch would make it work)
Great show. Like what you guys are doing. Got a game suggestion....how about Phantom 2040? A cool action platformer that came out on both systems. Very similar but enough differences for an episode.
I think transforming is a good part of the snes version. The power rangers often fight as humans. They usually start an episode that way especially in the first couple of seasons. They usually switch. And it's more visually interesting. The characters look more varied and cool for it.
I agree, but I'd still rather Zord battles over unmorphed Power Ranger battles. That's why the original Power Rangers SNES game (not the Movie version), was so good - it had all three, and didn't have the clunky power meter.
nah after the first level you get tired of playing as the human form. It just sucks. if you buy a power rangers game you want to play as a power ranger. it doesnt make any sense. For that matter (if you wanna play as a normal human) they would have added a level dedicated to play like that, but after that all ... all the levels as power rangers. Collecting lighting bolts to be able to transform is idiotic. plus that change of paths you have to make with the L and R triggers is idiotic as well. I remember playing both games when i was a kid. and genesis version kicked ass
WAIT! I just realized a PERFECT "Console Wars" game: "The Adventures of Batman and Robin". Much like these two and the "Aladdin" games they are two VERY different games with very awesome playstyles. Give them a shot, fellas.
The SNES game was okay, but the Genesis game was better. The SNES was more or less a re-hash of the other SNES MMPR sidecroller, had nothing to do with the movie and had had multi-colored red rangers. Yeah, in the original Zyuranger sentai, the yellow ranger was actualy a guy (hence no skirt), but, MAN. Since it's just a recolored red ranger over and over (look at the helmets), everyone's built like John Cena in the SNES version, even the girls! lol Also, while the SNES music wasn't bad and had superior sound effects, the music in the Genesis version is the Rob Wasserman score from the show! "Fight", "Combat", "5-4-1", Go, Green Ranger! Go!" and more all make appearances in the game. MMPR:TM a highly underrated game for the Genesis.
Even the original Genesis game did the ranger models better. While the blue, black, and yellow rangers are recolors of the red ranger, the pink and green rangers have different models
6:55- That's not he main theme. That's the song that plays when the rangers call their Zords. The main theme plays during the first and last Zord fights, the cutscene before Stage 2, and during the credits.
Snes has better graphics? Are you kidding lol... They reused the same power ranger sprite for all them, all of them had the red ranger template! Only white ranger looked different. It has a lower color range. There was no combo animations, You only get your weapon at full power gauge. The sega one is way superior, each ranger had unique parts, with correct helmets, proper body proportions for males and females. It also follows the story more whereas the snes one was more random.. The only cool feature in the snes was the fact that u can fight in civilian form and for some wierd reason the civilian forms were the only ones that had unique animations. Another feature was the map gameplay diversity but thats it. Played both
Wow!!! After so many years i realised That the Soundtrack from the SNES Game is half from the First Power Rangers Game from the SNES and one Track is from Tmnt Tournament Fighters!
I looked at the gameplay of the SNES VERSION and it looked tedious as hell. The fact that you had to collect little shards of lightening to power up your morpher is rediculous IMO. The putties take 2 hits to defeat whether morphed or "unmorphed" and last I checked, there weren't any putties in the movie. Just those Ooze henchmen, the vulture henchmen and Ivan Ooze himself.
I got a feeling that the Mega Drive one was made later so it linked up the show version of the same thing with the movie with Ivan Ooze added to the mix at the same time all in the single story. Don't forget they remade part of the movie without the Ooze bits for the start of the final series of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Original before the inferior versions like Zeo and onwards came in. Combining the 2 into something that links together is a pretty good touch.
In the SNES version, if you want to play as the Rangers the whole time enter in the following code at the title screen: up, down. left, right, X, B, Y, A.
There were a lot of these for S-FAM, SNES and Mega Drive. The Fighting game would make an interesting wars too. The Mighty Morphin for SNES Vs Super Sentai for S-FAM Vs Mighty Morphin for Mega Drive would make a great 3 Way Dance but it would be unfair to the Mega Drive to have 2 Nintendo's unless it had it's own exclusive title to go 1 on 1 with Sentai.
I actually prefered the gameplay from the SNES game but still like the SEGA game for actually being a movie game, and thinks it should have won default for being the only movie game.
It's really interesting seeing how many differences there are between two "ports" of the same game... if they only had different graphics would be one thing, but they are hardly the same game at all. The sound effects on the Sega version sound right outta streets of rage.
I wasn't really a Rangers fan, but my little sister was huge into them. That being said, I never realized the pink ranger had a skirt until y'all just brought it up, lol
I don't think complaining about getting the icons to turn into a Ranger was a good point against Nintendo. The characters over the course of the series began to rely less on the powers as they got stronger and more skilled. They were still trained martial artists who practiced their techniques at school. It got to a point where even Billy could fend off the standard mook without any trouble. Hell, in the movie, the Rangers not only started the first fight without morphing, they actually did lose their powers for most of the movie and had to prove their worth in order to get them back, so it ironically had more to do with the movie than the Sega version since you're permanently morphed in that version
It doesn't really matter.. we play the games to play as the Rangers not as the kids.. that's like playing as bruce wayne instead of Batman for the 50% of the game. its just not the same you know?
***** Bruce Wayne and Batman are practically two different people knowing him. Yes, we like playing as the Rangers. But you know something else? We also happened to like those kids behind the helmets. We aspired to be them or relate to them. You mean to tell me that there wasn't one kid out there who didn't want to be like Tommy? He was literally the first on-screen human character to fight off Putties well before he even got his powers.
***** "Yeah but my point was that do you want to play as the Bruce wayne or Batman?" For me, I don't really care "People want to play games as hero with superpowers." Bad analogy considering that the Arkham series, a highly-acclaimed and successful series, has you playing as someone who doesn't have superpowers (or at least, is not suppose to have any)
This is something that always bugged me as a kid, Power Rangers - The Movie on Genesis is clearly the better game, I really hate the gameplay of the SNES one, graphics and sound is hardware limitation and the designers can't control it while gameplay is clearly a design flow which means the Genesis version could have been better had it been on the SNES, definitely Genesis version was better, AND WHY THE HELL DO I WANNA PLAY WITH A NON-MORPHED POWER RANGER? WHOEVER THOUGHT OF THAT WAS AN IDIOT!
Personally, the SNES one sounds more like a MIDI file, they both do, but the Mega Drive one is far more faithful to the show. And that's not Go Go Power Rangers playing on the Sega title screen, that's the Zords theme from the show playing there while the real theme is saved for a couple Zord fights and the end credits. All the music on the Mega Drive version is directly from the show. If anyone claims to be a retro Power Rangers fan and says the music on the Mega Drive version is forgettable, then no, they are not a Power Rangers fan. Therefore, I feel the sound win on SNES should be disqualified. Yes, the fight sounds are better I admit, but Sega has everything from the show which is far superior. Also, graphics are better on the Mega Drive as all the rangers on the SNES look exactly the same morphed sans the White Ranger. They're all muscular recolors of the Red Ranger. On the Mega Drive, all the rangers look slim and athletic as they should and each have their correct helmet designs. You can also control the time limit settings in the menu, and personally I rarely ever run into a problem with it. To be a Sega nerd here, just embrace the Blast Processing. But seriously, if you're good at beat em ups, the timer doesn't affect much really. And no, I am not a Sega fanboy. I will say I prefer 2D Sonic over 2D Mario for the most part, but I do prefer 3D Mario over 3D Sonic, and Nintendo has more franchises I like such as Star Fox, Kirby, Zelda, and some great RPGs and one of my favorite platformers, Yoshi's Island. I like both Nintendo and Sega for what they offered in their generations. This is me being a Power Rangers fanboy. I've never cared for the Nintendo Power Rangers games as much as the Sega ones, mainly as the Sega ones are far more faithful to the Power Rangers lore and have gameplay fitting of the series such as fighting and arcade beat 'em up. The only exception is Power Rangers: The Fighting Edition for SNES which does a great job feeling like the show and has the appropriate gameplay for it. For modern consoles, I think a Power Rangers game in the style of the Batman: Arkham games could be awesome or even some of Platinum Games action brawlers.
I prefer the sound of the Gen too myself, I definitely think it has more "punch", the bass and percussion are clearer and its louder too. Gotta love that heavy FM synth sound when its done well. Stay away when its done poorly though.
Retro Soul When it comes to the first MMPR game on the Mega Drive, I do find it more forgettable. But I will always love the Movie game on Mega Drive with it a actually having tunes from the show.
I saw that recently, and exactly. As a Power Rangers fan, the fact that Sega actually has Ron Wasserman's beloved fight music and it sounds awesome for console rock music, Nintendo I will say as a massive Power Rangers fan should be disqualified on that category. Graphics can be more debatable, but the character model one should be removed as an argument. First of all, they're just recycled from the first SNES Power Rangers game, so it was pretty lazy. While Sega's are not as detailed, they at least look as they SHOULD for the characters, and accuracy should be considered when checking out the character sprites.
I came back to comment about how awesome the movie Mannequin is, and how cool it is that you guys have it on DVD. Its sequel wasn't so good, but the first is one of the best romance movies ever.
(Listens to Genesis music) "Your music's not that memorable, either." What? You guys don't recognize the most iconic Power Rangers music of all time? That's Ron Wasserman. All the music in the Genesis version comes from the show.
Shadowrun would be awesome, but damn near impossible since the games are so different. Genesis is loyal to the pen and paper RPG which makes it preferable to fans but SNES has more varied gameplay and some neat mechanics. It's definitely a tall order.
SlothMachines Yeah, it would definitely be a real close one, or even a tie honestly. Both games are amazing, which one is "better" really comes down to personal preference. I think it'd make a wonderful episode though, regardless.
I liked Power Rangers as a kid, but stopped after Power Rangers in Space. I still have my Game Boy copy of this game & I keep it for nostalgic value. I mean, it was the 1st game I got with my brick red original Game Boy for Christmas in 1995 & I still have it to this day. In the Game Boy version, they do wear their ninja uniforms & yes there is a power gauge, but no special moves (except when morphed & the gauge is full). The Super Nintendo game looked like it was based more off the TV series than the movie. I never actually completed the game because I've only ever rented it (well, someone would rent it for me when I was a kid) & never owned it, but I did have the prequel but I gave that to my brother years ago, seeing as how I (guess I) outgrew Power Rangers. I remember saying to somebody as a kid that this game on Super Nintendo should've just been called Mighty Morphin Power Rangers 2. The prequel revolved around the 1st 5 rangers & had the original zords (no Dragon Zord or Green Ranger, sorry). This game could've also worked with zords (whether it be the ones that the original ones got changed into or even the ones in the movie).
Sorry but there was no contest here Genesis won this one easily. The voices were surprisingly clear and the music were midi versions of Ron Wassermans music. Not to mention the story actually followed the movie and TV series.
okay, in this case I DO think SEGA had the better graphics overall! While they use the same Sprites for 4 of the 5 Rangers, at least Pink had her skirt AND Helmet!! Not just white, like on Nintendo! Nintendo had all Rangers shared the SAME SPRITES as the red Ranger, just color swapped, except white ranger of course. It was not just that Kimberly missed her skirt, but she (and Aisha) were also BUFF as hell! Sure, they had their backgrounds are worse, but their Character Sprites were DEFINATELY better!
Now here's a tuffy, mortal Kombat 3, I think sega slightly better but I had people say super nintendo is better. I would like to hear your guys opinion on the matter
Shaq Fu. If you guys want details on the game, ask me. I've written an essay detailing on the flaws the game has in its design. I didn't just bash it, I broke it apart. I also have some info on the graphics and music comparison. I was going to use it for a video, but I think you guys can make some use of it.
I owned (and own) both SNES and Genesis and I can tell you there's no comparison point other than both features the power rangers, they're very different games and the better for you depends on what kind of game you like the most, the rail linear beat em ups or the free movement beat em ups. Personally I found free movement beat em ups frustrating and imperfect since some times you're just a pixel above or below your opponent and you don't hit them, but they hit you back and it's like OMG you serious? So as I said, they're 2 different worlds and they only share the name as much of other games released for that two amazing consoles, just enjoy both and be grateful they were not like nowadays with the ps4, one and Switch with copy/pasted games.
Wait, in SNES version all characters look the same in-game?! lol, that's the power of the SNES = color swapping even with the playable characters! (... & Pink/Yellow Rangers with a dick was unexpected)
Great episode but today it is even more special. You will be missed Jason David Frank. Rest In Peace, brother!
Girl rangers on the SNES version look like a pair of overdosed bodybuilders XD.
Giuliana Martinez I think they are just palette swaps they all look the same except the colors.
Only one of them are girls since all of the fighting scenes are from Japan...
Dude what are you talking about? The movie had it's own fight scenes since it was made in the USA.

I remember that!
And somehow several seasons later, they used THAT image of him?

See, the thing is the Super Nintendo version was developed by Natsume
This is the best intro skit you’ve ever done.
The Genesis soundtrack is a million times better. For one, almost all the songs are straight from the show. Second, they sound GREAT on the Genesis.
It's been 10 months since I left this comment and I'm still salty about it, dammit. :V
I really love the track that plays In the intro while It's describing who Ivan Ooze Is. It sets the mood quite nicely (Y).
@@SegaSky Orrr maybe both OSTs are top notch? Seriously, the SNES one has some incredible tracks that aren't worse just because they're original.
Agreed Sega is the better version, but the music for the Sega is amazing! Much better than the SNES version, the music just sounded really flat.
Straight up sega has better game play graphics and presentation they use the same model for all rangers in snes

I disagree giving Nintendo the sound award. The genesis version atleast featured songs from the tv show and some voice work.
C Robinson The first game had the lyrics. And by lyrics I mean only "Go Go Power Ranger-" which cuts off before it even says the PLURAL in Rangers.
Totally agree with you bro!.. snes didn't have voiceovers, and was missing some cool sounds sega had too. But music was a little better in snes.

If you had waited 30 seconds before commenting you would had seen they talking exactly this: “sega pink ranger has a skirt, snes doesn’t”
I know this is the movie... but technically speaking, for most of MMPR, it's a man in the Yellow Ranger suit.
This episode was awesome guys, and the wait was much shorter :) keep up the good work.
Thanks. We're trying to get them out quicker.
OH please do TMNT tournament fighters! and please if you do so one day, talk about the comparisons between the US and JP versions of the SNES game.
Once again Nintendo Loyalist but my preference is for the SEGA version because it follows the story of the movie, zord fights, and show soundtrack.

Thanks. We were gonna just fight for the ending, but the low battery seemed funnier.
A moment of appreciation for how Dan recreated the Bulk and Skull theme as well as the classic Go Go Power Ra... err Nintendo vs Segaaaa
You two are the absolute coolest man-kids ever. I could actually just see chillin with y’all. Love ur channel. LOVE IT!! Laughed so hard at this one.🤣🤣
Watching some of your older videos. The morphin' time in the end was hilarious. XD
6:53 ...Well, they both use tracks that use prerecorded instruments, so in essence they are both MIDI equivalents.
Best part is when he has to collect the batteries haha. Review both beavis and butthead games next if you guys have time. I think you two could pull off the beavis and butthead look too. (Not making an insult but the blonde hair, brown hair and couch would make it work)
The only problem is the SNES version of Beavis and Butthead sucks fried rats ass. So it would it be much of a war.
haha i just wanted sega to have a easy win
Great show. Like what you guys are doing. Got a game suggestion....how about Phantom 2040? A cool action platformer that came out on both systems. Very similar but enough differences for an episode.
I used to watch that show. If the games are different enough we'll do it.
I think transforming is a good part of the snes version. The power rangers often fight as humans. They usually start an episode that way especially in the first couple of seasons. They usually switch.
And it's more visually interesting. The characters look more varied and cool for it.
I agree.
They already did it
My brother and I once had a Sega Genesis and one of the games was MMPR: The Movie. I remember both of us having a blast!
I had the regular version on genesis
The SNES game was okay, but the Genesis game was better. The SNES was more or less a re-hash of the other SNES MMPR sidecroller, had nothing to do with the movie and had had multi-colored red rangers. Yeah, in the original Zyuranger sentai, the yellow ranger was actualy a guy (hence no skirt), but, MAN. Since it's just a recolored red ranger over and over (look at the helmets), everyone's built like John Cena in the SNES version, even the girls! lol
Also, while the SNES music wasn't bad and had superior sound effects, the music in the Genesis version is the Rob Wasserman score from the show! "Fight", "Combat", "5-4-1", Go, Green Ranger! Go!" and more all make appearances in the game.
MMPR:TM a highly underrated game for the Genesis.
+djb1ge The only redeeming factor I liked on about the SNES version is the Stage 2 theme.
Played both
I guess the reason why they gave SNES a point, is because even if SNES won graphics, Sega still won.
I loved the Morphine Time part in your show.
Wow!!! After so many years i realised That the Soundtrack from the SNES Game is half from the First Power Rangers Game from the SNES and one Track is from Tmnt Tournament Fighters!
ADVENTURES OF BATMAN AND ROBIN!!! :-)
Natsume made some excellent titles on SNES, but this one was, unfortunately, one of their more lackluster efforts. Sega wins this round.
That was good. You just earned yourself a subscriber.
I'm like
Physically mad at the fact I'm discovering this channel now in 2021.
Same
I got a feeling that the Mega Drive one was made later so it linked up the show version of the same thing with the movie with Ivan Ooze added to the mix at the same time all in the single story.
SUPERB!^^,) You both creating a great show!
Thanks for watching!
I actually prefered the gameplay from the SNES game but still like the SEGA game for actually being a movie game, and thinks it should have won default for being the only movie game.
8:57- That's even Johhny Yong Bosch's voice! (Adam)
I just want to point out that in the power rangers movie the pink ranger suit doesn't have skirt.
But she didn't look super buff either!
It's really interesting seeing how many differences there are between two "ports" of the same game... if they only had different graphics would be one thing, but they are hardly the same game at all. The sound effects on the Sega version sound right outta streets of rage.
I'm not sure if you've realized it but all Super Nintendo games are stretched which is why all the characters look bigger. (Just saying)
I wasn't really a Rangers fan, but my little sister was huge into them. That being said, I never realized the pink ranger had a skirt until y'all just brought it up, lol
Miss these episodes
1:42 There are times when Sega sounds like Michael J. Fox. I thought I had Homeward Bound or Back to the Future playing in the background...
I get the ending
Tommy vs. Rocky
or the street fight between Tommy Gunn and Rocky Balboa in Rocky V
*****
Bruce Wayne and Batman are practically two different people knowing him.
Yes, we like playing as the Rangers. But you know something else? We also happened to like those kids behind the helmets. We aspired to be them or relate to them. You mean to tell me that there wasn't one kid out there who didn't want to be like Tommy? He was literally the first on-screen human character to fight off Putties well before he even got his powers.
kaihedgie Yeah but my point was that do you want to play as the Bruce wayne or Batman? People want to play games as hero with superpowers.
*****
"Yeah but my point was that do you want to play as the Bruce wayne or Batman?" For me, I don't really care
"People want to play games as hero with superpowers." Bad analogy considering that the Arkham series, a highly-acclaimed and successful series, has you playing as someone who doesn't have superpowers (or at least, is not suppose to have any)
Sonic & Mario:it's morphin time!!!!!!
WHOEVER THOUGHT OF THAT WAS AN IDIOT!
nintendo should have stood but to sega for this sequel, but nope.
Like most games that were so similar, I wish they would have collaborated more and made the best of both into one game
WHAAAT??!?! Nintendo won GRAPHICS and SOUND??? There are many controversy...
1:59 NOO! R.I.P. Harry Potter 3...
Ed Prins-Stairs Like the Aladdin episode, it's better to have good music than higher quality audio.
Don't forget Sega included characters from both the TV show and the movie. More content for your money.
Nice video once again :-) Thanks!
I came back to comment about how awesome the movie Mannequin is, and how cool it is that you guys have it on DVD. Its sequel wasn't so good, but the first is one of the best romance movies ever.
Hell's yeh. That song at the end of the first movie is awesome.
(Listens to Genesis music) "Your music's not that memorable, either."
What? You guys don't recognize the most iconic Power Rangers music of all time? That's Ron Wasserman. All the music in the Genesis version comes from the show.
Like your channel, love this review, keep it up boys. Greetings from Uruguay.
It's a somewhat tall order, but a Shadowrun vs. would be amazing.
No idea how I was able to play this game for hours with a friend back in the day
Now here's a tuffy, mortal Kombat 3, I think sega slightly better but I had people say super nintendo is better.
I would like to hear your guys opinion on the matter
Possibly. I feel like we'd have to do Mortal Kombat 2 first though.
Console Wars The Genesis version is terrible. A comparison to the 32X version would be a lot more interesting - but probably unfair.
Shaq Fu. If you guys want details on the game, ask me. I've written an essay detailing on the flaws the game has in its design. I didn't just bash it, I broke it apart. I also have some info on the graphics and music comparison. I was going to use it for a video, but I think you guys can make some use of it.
You wrote an essay on it? We'll def come to you if we do that game.
Console Wars
Yeah go ahead & do it.
This one, Sega genesis' version is far more fun. Besides, its graphics should be the winner as well...
Wait, in SNES version all characters look the same in-game?! lol, that's the power of the SNES = color swapping even with the playable characters!
(... & Pink/Yellow Rangers with a dick was unexpected)
Nintendo vs Sega..... Nintendo vs Sega..... Nintendo vs Sega, who will be the final winna???
Damn you and your addicting song.
As someone who usually has an SNES bias, Segas Power Rangers was definitely the better version. The playable Zords alone decided that.
