Thank you PK, this was a very timely video for me, as I was feeling a bit scared to take next step to grow my portfolio. Thanks to your course, I got 2 IP’s so far. I have been talking to my mortgage broker and now I know that I can buy one more or even two more properties if I get the price right. But instead of getting excited, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed as it seemed to be too daunting to take out more loan on my PPR to fund 1 or 2 more IPs, though I know it will work out and the proof is right there with my previous IP purchases…your video settled my mind :)

So good, 12 all paid off! I have 10 all with debt! I don't know how to keep them all without selling because selling will reduce my passive income. Any other ideas without selling or developement (which sounds too hard)
Out of interest PK, was there a moment at the end of the journey where you sold some assets to pay off the remainder like in 1 big finale? In other words, did you only sell right at the end? Or was it more gradual or in phases. Like 3-4 houses forward, then 2 houses sell back, then go again.😊
Could you please describe the strategies you use on developments in another video as I think thats more important than the buy and hold strategy due to you should actually a master on that to make such a big profit to pay off all the debts
We know using the debt is a great way to build the wealth. We wish to know how you could borrow rhat much where the debt servicing blocks us from borrowing even if my LVR is merely 20%.

Passive income will actually increase if you sell a few and pay the rest off
