Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?
Just gonna mention but due to some serious lag since I use a laptop, I had to cut some effects and simplify some stuff. Shouldn’t be much of a problem tho. Only huge difference is the monologue before Act 4. It’s just an empty black screen

Should’ve replaced gf with the ddlc mc. Ofc in this case bf wouldn’t be crying in act 3 but by act 4 he’d know he’s done for.

Did you really fix it? The lag there varies. It’s either very long like what happened in the video or it’s just for a split second as if there never was one. It also depends if the tv shader is on or not
@@MysticMoonlight10120 I only had an issue with the longer lag in that one part without noticing anything anywhere else but I at least fixed it where I mentioned
@@MysticMoonlight10120 the lag wasn't very long but it was long enough to cause misses on the hold note so I changed how the character is brought in

I’m aware. I didn’t add it cause by the time I got to that point I was nearing the point of exhaustion so I didn’t bother. Also 2 things. First, is there even anyone else singing at that part? I can only hear Monika. Second, not to sound rude but are you confused and think I made the cover? I didn’t
