It’s very nicely done and the location is absolute prime. The price is “interesting”😀. I believe second most expensive unit there were around 11 and almost half the size.. you get a very nice villa for that price and living seafront is not always nice in the winter specially.. but certainly you get the views and location, careless living and maybe more secure than a villa
