  • This FOLLOW ALONG cardio "Boxing Inspired" pyramid workout is designed to torch calories and get your endorphins pumping!.
    Aim for 3 rounds and take the 60 second rest between sets. If you want to train for a continuous 30mins simply go back to the start and repeat the whole workout.
    EXERCISES
    1. Scissor Legs x 20 reps
    2. Planks x 30 sec
    3. Jab, Cross, Duck Duck x 20 reps
    4. Kicksits x 10 reps
    5. Jab, Cross, Uppercut, Uppercut x 20 reps
    6. Plank Twists x 30 reps
    7. Knee to Chest x 40 reps
    Rest for 60sec between sets and repeat between 3-6 rounds!
