Syrians seem like very interesting people. I had a different idea of them, being more traditional and very conservative, but they look so diverse and colorful. Also, the fact that they like countries like Italy (and certain other countries) means that they have good taste and know how to appreciate beauty. The conservatives lost the war so most of them are now refugees in Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan. There are still a lot of them inside Syria, mostly in terrorist organisations' ruled parts in Northern Syria. We won, Political islam defeated .....

That was his first time ever going to an arab country and I was a little worried for the racism that he could get, since most arabs don't like blacks. Syrians showed ZERO racism! Even less racism than in his own country in France. It's not just Bournemouth, other UK touristy beach places like Blackpool or Skegness are the same, but if you want to relax on a really nice beach then find a more rural one :) Bournemouth is still a fun place though so I'm sure you'll love it if you go, my comment was a bit tongue-in-cheek :)

That was his first time ever going to an arab country and I was a little worried for the racism that he could get, since most arabs don't like blacks. Syrians showed ZERO racism! Even less racism than in his own country in France. It's not just Bournemouth, other UK touristy beach places like Blackpool or Skegness are the same, but if you want to relax on a really nice beach then find a more rural one :) Bournemouth is still a fun place though so I'm sure you'll love it if you go, my comment was a bit tongue-in-cheek :)

It depends on the regions. Some regions in Syria,Lebanon,Palestine and Jordan have majorly dark people while others have lighter people
