As a doctor I recommend k ye fatty liver to as you said just lifestyle se hi control ho jaye ga,walk karein itni k sweating ho,plus salad wgera lein no suger no cold drinks,simple ghar ki rotti lein inshaALLAH ho gaye ga theek,inguinal hernia to diagnose jo hum physical examination k zariye kerte hain us main hum khud patient ko kehte hain k cough karo thori si then us se pata chalta hai k ye hernia direct hai ya indirect inguinal hernia ha,is ka optional to surgery hi hai and bara safe option ha surgery ka koi lamba chora procedure nhn hota inshaALLAH wo bhi thekk ho gaye ga,bs koshish karein ziada cough na aye and koi heavy cheez nhn uthani 👍

A few years ago, after recovering from a bad fever I started having a lot of coughs which eventually caused me to have sustained pain below my rib cage. It took several weeks but eventually went away on its own once the coughs subsided. I think once your cough is under control everything will be okay, IA.
