Just curious I have the catalog and the piston part number for the sp502 say 10.5 but the 502 says 10.1 trying to figure out to see if it’s good for a car with ac or not
Previous ZZ4 owner here. Any idea where the traditional SBC and BBC engines are being assembled now? (i.e ZZ6, SP357, ZZ502, etc?). I kept reading instances of quality control problems several years back, like loose rocker arm bolts and the like that didn’t sit well with me. Curious if that stuff has been addressed.
Appreciate the info... I am sure alot of folks desire the Race Shop to do a lengthy video on builds done, new developments in big HP, components, tech, etcetera. Respectfully, Seth

If i order a new 25 2500 6.6 silverado from factory could I order a SP 502 for it?

Which of these engines come with the lifter failures?
I’ve heard that it’s the LT1’s which is what I have in my 23 Camaro SS and it’s why I’m doing a heads/ cam package
The only difference between the L8T and L8P is the camshaft?
They've swapped springs to support it (probably using LT1/LT2 springs), but yeah the only major difference is the cam.
