i am in Australia and would GLADLY buy them parts books if i could get my hands on them, i have 2 orphan models , a 1982 Z28 and a 1993GMC pickup,, both rare in Australia and not worth much in America but i love em both.
Previous ZZ4 owner here. Any idea where the traditional SBC and BBC engines are being assembled now? (i.e ZZ6, SP357, ZZ502, etc?). I kept reading instances of quality control problems several years back, like loose rocker arm bolts and the like that didn’t sit well with me. Curious if that stuff has been addressed.
Just curious I have the catalog and the piston part number for the sp502 say 10.5 but the 502 says 10.1 trying to figure out to see if it’s good for a car with ac or not
Appreciate the info... I am sure alot of folks desire the Race Shop to do a lengthy video on builds done, new developments in big HP, components, tech, etcetera. Respectfully, Seth
Ive never enjoyed my Chevelle as much as I haves since I went LS with a lsa blower 10 years ago and still it’s my favorite engine platform today. I have no interest in electric motors just yet.
Amazing BBC selection; from 427 all the way up to 632!! Short blocks, long blocks, base kits, fully assembled. You name it, they got it.
People hang on to your Ls7 and LSX engines. Stick the EV where the sun doesn’t shine .
Just not right now!! Figure it out like changing stations before building any moe EV cars!!!!!

What did the good folks at GM say about the hydrologic flat tappet cam lifters? Crown issues? Crown center issues?
L8P in the HD trucks would be a pretty sweet option. Might have to put that cam in my truck someday!

Are there any goodies like valve covers for the LT1?
Nothing on the Gen V LT, we have our own billet valve covers for those.

EPA has waaaay too much input on things.
E-Crate … 😂😂😂
The only difference between the L8T and L8P is the camshaft?
They've swapped springs to support it (probably using LT1/LT2 springs), but yeah the only major difference is the cam.

Any 632 heads for sale yet
We've only had the bare ones come in so far.
I understand they are supposed sell them as kit with intake manifold and valley cover any information on that
@@lsxyj nothing yet. Maybe after they get the 632 copos taken care of first.
What about the chevy 496 big block 🤔
Which of these engines come with the lifter failures?
I’ve heard that it’s the LT1’s which is what I have in my 23 Camaro SS and it’s why I’m doing a heads/ cam package
