I want to record only internal audio. Whenever i do, the sound is very low. I tried different recorders as well, Please help. I'm using Dell Latitude e5450
Yes, you can record internal audio. When you open simple screen recorder under Audio Input section, you have record audio option. There you have backend and source. In that the drop-down menu, you can try and select the one that records your internal audio. Most probably, it should be ALSA as backend and source as HD Generic. If you feel your volume is still low then you can install something called Pulse audio effects that is available for free on Linux distros assuming you are using Linux OS. Using that app, you can increase your volume, or you can record your videos and then use the video editor to increase the volume afterwards. You have options.
