If i use x4 glow plugs with a car battery and a solar panel on a thermostat temperature sensor will i be able to easily get to 30-33 degrees Celsius Bearing in mind im going to be warming about 300-400litres not bothered if it takes between 1-2 hours

What you want to look into is magnetrons, vacuum tubes and transistors. In other words current amplifier, and if you can grasp what that means you won't be wasting time with these sort of jokers :)

No tedious assembling of complex electrical components it's that sweet spot between relly quick and easy and something that still works well. I would personally take 4 ( a set for some 4 cylinder engine for example ) might even get some used ones laying around in a workshop for free
