If you have 10 siphoned energy on you, you can click the overcharge button. What that does is increase the IP of all your worn equipment by 100 making you 1 tier stronger. But beware when you overcharge you only have 30 minutes before the buff fades and when it does your gear has a small chance of being destroyed.
You can definitely play the build with 0 spec but I would recommend inspecting people before engaging fights, if anyone has >200 ip above you it will be a difficult fight and if the gap is larger it becomes nearly impossible to beat them.

Albion Online is not your normal type of game that has quest to follow or a goal to achieve. This game is a sandbox, they have many activities to do in game from you to choose from and it's up to the players to have fun with what's available.
Some of the basic activities are harvesting, crafting, hunting monsters, and fighting other players but beyond the they have much more. A player interested in economics can make a fortune playing the markets, a cunning individual can use a weird combination of equipment to turn them into a nuisance allowing them to roam dungeons and harass players trying to kill monsters, you can climb the ranks of the competitive pvp ladders in 1v1, 2v2, 5v5, 10v10 and even 20v20 pvp. You can lead your faction into battle and try to take over the royal continent. You can buy a private island and turn it in to a bar and tavern for adventures to visit. There is much to do for those interested in exploring the world of Albion.
She called the Dual Blades *Such a weapon* you used all your skills didn't have a root for your dagger and you panic spammed your escape. I don't see how the weapon was gonna take the blame.

Yeah you can still run this! Just watch out for people with a purge (fiend cowl or Mage robe) they will purge your heal buff.
