Second story: i think op's mother making a comment abt his late wife and comparing both women was inappropriate and it could have angered the fiance and out of spite fiance ended up making a very inappropriate comment
I think calling off the engagement could be a bad idea as its clear the fiance does not like to be compared with op's late wife and the mil's comment set her off which might have ended with her loosing her temper
maybe ask her how she really feels abt this situation and if she really meant what she said

Diesnt mean the sister would be
1. Nta. If you have already proven and won a case in court saying that the ring was bought for you. Then its YOUR ring, and the sister needs to just get her own ring. I get it they are not cheap, but trying to take another persons ring that was bought FOR THEM isn't okay.
2. Nta. Your fiance should not have made a comment like that infront of your family and try to play it off like a joke. I get that she has never made comments like that before, but to even try to say somthing like that about your late wife isn't OK. I understand the son not trying to get involved since it isn't his place, and the daughter not talking to you or your fiance. I wouldn't want to even see your fiance if I was her.
3. Nta. You planned a dinner to celebrate y'alls new engagement, and she was to worried about the dang dog? Like miss ma'am in all respect you need to pay more attention to your fiance than your dog, it's with a sitter and will be in the same area that you left it in. In her defence I don't think you should've left the resturantm but I understand why you did
4. Nta. Its your wedding and his mom needs to stay in her lane. She shouldn't be able to dictate what you wear, or look like for YOUR wedding. She obbessed and needs to "dial it down a notch."
5. Nta. True there are other ways you could've handled it, but with the little time you had I think you did a great job. Your sister should've tried to listen and not have overreacted in the way that she did. In addition, your family saying "you need to beg for forgiveness" is just wrong. They didn't know that you did have a person to come watch Pebble, and that something came up. Your sister needs to apologize for overreacting, and saying that she and I quote " Never wants to see you or Pebble again."
6. You're kinda the @hole, and kinda not. I get that you don't want to use your money on her dress when she didn't fess up and apologize for ruining yours, but at the same time you need to forgive and forget pass mistakes. Just make sure it doesn't happen again for any sort of occasion. You and your sister need to talk it out and try to figure out why she didn't come clean and apologize for ruining your dress.
7. Nta. If he says something bad about you, you have the right to say something bad back to him. Even with family around, he shouldn't get butt hurt about you standing up for yourself. He was being rude, and needed to be put in his place about it. He should apologize and talk to you about why he thinks that.
8. Nta. You already asked and told him that you don't like it and to please not do it. He didn't take you seriously and did it anyways. You should probably go back and talk things out with him about it, since he has already been asking to talk with you about it.
9. In conclusion, not the freaking @hole. You wife is not in the wrong for dumping a COLD coffee on a kid, the kid needs to know right from wrong and shouldn't do sh!t like that. Your brother and his gf needs to keep their kid in check. Like c'mon people hitting grown ass adult's with a FLY SWATTER?! Like be so for real, thats is unacceptable it needs to be corrected immediately. If it was my kid she would have gotten not just a stern talking to, but an ass whooping. She needs to be taught a lesson, and should learn not to ever do that again. Like for Christ sake you have little brothers how act better than you, and your the oldest?! Be a good example.
If anyone has any opinion's that they think would be better to use please do tell. Just keep in mind that I'm just saying what I think should've happened, but there are other ways to handle the situations. Also im only 13 so the last story really made no sense to me, like if your 12 you should have already learned about not being able to do that. Maybe thats just how I was raised, but if I even tried to do anything like that i wouldn't be able to sit because i would have been hit so many times. Its just disgusting on how grown adults who know right from wrong will let their kids behave like that.

I don't agree with number eight especially I think their nta because they expressed that they didn't like the videos they also had a bad experience happen to them with cake smashing, what if it happened again? She got her hair and makeup done "perfectly." she got that done to her two times. We don't know what type of makeup she was wearing,where she gets her makeup done,where she brought her dress I heard that wedding dresses are expensive I'm not sure if that is true, but me personally I don't want my makeup and dress to be ruined especially if they're expensive.
