Just a tip; Most cellphones nowadays have an NFC pad which had a magnetic field around it and can damage you credit cards if you store them at the back of your phone for prolonged periods.
all cards now have chips i guess? I dont have any cards with a magnetic strips anymore. But USA got checkbooks so thats not a given, we discarded that i 1965...

I always make sure I carry a comb with me . If I am out in the evenings a folding comb is used as it is small and compact , it has the pen clip so it can be easily slipped into a inside pocket . During the day when I have my case with me I have a folding combination comb / brush style .
The idea of a grown man listening to another grown man talking about what he carries might sound silly. But that's exactly what I did and I loved it!

I do carry and have carried a pocket knife, I have carried it for about 20 years. It is a Vaquaro Grande, a foldable Bowie knife ( 6" blade). I like it for it will stop a fight by just drawing it,( then no one gets hurt at all). I am getting soft a little, I use to carry 3 pocket knifes at all times, and now I carry 1 pocket knife and a sword cane ( it cannot be noticed as a sword cane, I don't want to frighten people). Like the famous actress on Diet in Abbey said," I just love the Americans,they they remind me of how glad I am that I am English."
The knife at 5:45 is a Forge de lagyole. A very traditional French Shepard’s knife. A Napoleonic bee 🐝 that represents diligence and a cross on the Handel so Shepard’s can pray/worship while with their flock.(always on the move)

I am a giant watch guy and I geeked out when I saw the watches.

You already carry a flashlight, yes and you likely have a flashlight app on your phone. But they both need something else to charge it. This will recharge itself and then your devices.
As a Naval Academy grad. What you carry doesn’t surprise me any. A K -bar and a .50 cal. You would carry more fire power but, as an Officer we only carry one sidearm.

I walk. No truck. No car. No box to lock. Therefore backpack.
Walking also defines my wardrobe - walking shoes.
With prescription glasses being quite expensive I have just one. Variofocal, with transition lenses.
No audio on the go. I want to hear cars and bikes and bicycles coming up behind me, and screaming people.
Usually no power bank as charging in the office is permitted. (Fun facts: in Germany you can get fired for charging your private phone in the office.)
What's left are two large bags for groceries (shopping on the way home). Sun hat. Umbrella, rain jacket, as necessary.
A change of clothing, towel, etc. (Lunchtime: gym or run).
Wallet. Cash. Phone. Reading material.
The latter can be a book, kindle, or printout of wikipedia or similar, to make notes and highlight. Pen and Notebook (paper). The notebook doesn't crash in the heaviest rain. Interdental brushes for after lunch. And Lunchbox and fruits for snacks. When I'm not going to the office the lunchbox is replaced by a bottle of water.

Never forget a corkscrew. I always pack a low profile small swiss army pocket knife which includes a corkscrew and small knife blade. For all the vintage wines I'll be enjoying.

If you served, always carry your regiments coin. Someone will eventually pull your card and catch you without it. In Canada it's usually a beer to the one without his or her coin.
I carry most of what you carry, flashlight (the small o-light), keys, wallet, knife (victorinox), pen (brass space pen), but I also carry a collapsable fingernail clipper. I find that it is handy when I need it, and it also is airplane safe. Apparently, TSA is not worried that I'll hijack a plane with it. Yeah for me. During certain months, I also carry a pair of earplugs.
Nice items list Antonio! I carry a lot of the same in the same way but the only thing i keep on me that i use very often here in San Antonio, Texas is in my back left pants pocket a handkerchief, slim drink cozi, and a pocket comb and on my right side pocket clipped on is a gerber paraframe II slim profile lock blade pocket knife in gunmetal grey. Great video as always buddy!
Great upload! I love it you can always tell someone's a vet when they carry a multi tool with them. I have mine in my glovebox lol.
I would add:
a lighter (I don't smoke but I have a plasma lighter which is a great conversation starter and really useful)
nail clippers (they have come in handy more times than I thought they would)
an all-weather notebook (if you have a pen you might as well have righting material)
I also carry a ruler (3 metres) but not everyone will find this useful
Tissue paper
lip balm
I don't know what is contained inside your first aid kit but I would add painkillers

If you like the utility a pocketknife can give you but don't want to sacrifice your look, there are plenty of gentleman's knives out there.
My personal choice is the BÖKER Urban Trapper Petite.

I think you must upgrade to the iPhone XR and AirPods. You could go for a Jekyll & Hyde leather wallet. I prefer a Montblanc dress watch and a Sheaffer ball point pen. I do carry the Victorinox Swiss Army Knife and Ray Ban sunglasses.

I LOVE my Gerber multi tool, comes in so handy so many times. I also like the idea of the emergency kit.
I have the same swisstech multitool Key. A small tip: If you trim the smallest flat screwdriver you can actually use it on glasses.

My edc, Persol PO3019S Sunglasses, Tom Ford Black leather wallet, Keysmary key organizer with house and mail keys, key ring with vehicle keys, Glasses, Parker IM or Parker Jotter pen, Glock 19, Tier One Concealed AGIS IWB holster, Taran Tactical Extended Glock magazine, Streamlight micro steam mini flashlight, safariland handcuff key. 36 rounds got Barnes TacXPD 9mm +p. Watch is an Omega Speedmaster or Tudor President 94613, or Tag Heuer WN1112, or Seiko SRPA21. Knife is a Microtech DOC, Socom Elite, Combat Troodon or Marfione Custom Troodon Hellhound. I like to mix the watches and knives up.
Something else that would be useful for every day carry is a Victorinox Swiss Army Signature Lite Pocket Knife. It's used to take care of your nails, it has a little red led light, and it's only 2.25 inches long. That allows it to easily fit in your wallet. The very sharp scissors and small blade could be used for other things in a pinch. I'd put up a link, but I'm not sure how you feel about things like that.

But I always carry a Fenix 1100 lumen with strobe flashlight. A legal knife. A Damascus tactical pen. Sunglasses, wallet and phone.
I wear my Elishewitz Triomphe II during the day. My Audemars Piguet for the evening.
If I’m travelling then a power bank. Knife goes in checked baggage.
If going to Africa then the double rifle comes with my bolt gun. And a much bigger meaner knife:)

The watch #2 to-be-guessed is the beautiful limited edition Orient Mako III with the auto mechanism and the saphire crisytal. I also love the fact that it has a 200m WR (altough not certified) and it's rugged kind of military look (due to the numerous elements such as dots and small lines in and outside the case).
Also lumes are pretty good.
I'd love to have that watch.
I also have I also have a safety vest in my car, because you never know when you will be on the side of the road. I also have a baseball bat in my car, because you never know when you will need to defend yourself. In addition, a baseball bat is not legally-considered a weapon, so I don't need a licence to have that in my car. Plus, a well-placed hit can take down someone every bit as well as a gun or knife.
#4 is a Monta OceanKing with 60 Minute Bezel and Date. Beautiful watch, Love the Blue Dial - hard to go wrong with a watch like that.
Add an LED flashlight to your keychain. They weigh almost nothing and cost about $10/ dozen. Great for dark restaurants

Perfect EDC. I carry almost the same items, but different brands or products. I also carry a firearm, which you may also do but might not have put in your video for advertising reasons. I like the Zebra F-701 all metal pen. I have a Samsung S10 and a Surface Pro (A very power PC in a tablet form). Rolex, check :) . I did away with my Leatherman since I never used it. It now sits in my vehicle. I carry a Benchmade Griptillian knife. IFAK, check. I don't carry any keys though, since my car is keyless and my house is all automated. The keys I do need go in my bag and keycards in my wallet. Your EDC is great! Nothing there that is not needed or that doesn't fit your needs. most EDC videos start off like you did this one, but they are serious about it. haha I laughed when I saw that. Great video!!!

I have a dedicated flashlight that far brighter than a phone or pen light. Typically an Olight SR1 Baton. I do have a concealed carry pistol with an extra mag. Either a shield or an M&P compact both in 9mm. My multi tool is much smaller and light which makes it easier to have on my person. Overall my flashlight and multi tool get the most use, especially the flashlight.
That knife is a laguiole from the Auvergne in France. Great choice!

Antonio, possible video on should you customize your clothing/gear & the how of customize them as well. I was considering have my dress shirts with my initials however I see it too much
If I'm going to be somewhere where I think I'm gonna have to sit and wait (doctor's office and the like) I always take a book to read so I got something to do. Personally if I'm just hanging out with my friends I like to use a single strap sling backpack that I can fit about 2 books and a backup battery for my cellphone in, it's not the biggest battery pack since I don't have an Iphone or IPad or anything like that but it will charge my phone from a dead battery to a full one so if I need it it's there.

I have a couple of Automatic Seiko watches for everyday use. Problem is they only have a 32 hrs stand by time, so If I forget to shake them I have to re weind them again. Any suggestions?
I carry much of the same but also a handgun and a challenge coin however never have I given them away except under special conditions.
My every day carry is my inhaler, phone, keys, & wallet.
I’ll usually have my sunglasses, headphones, and a watch as well.
My car usually has a novel, Bible, some kind of snack, a first aid kit, umbrella, & a blanket.
Also, I think the knife is a Laguiole
used to carry a glock 26 carried a bereta 82 for a while now simply carrying a standard size springfield 1911 since its a slim gun dosent trace much
