So my question is at 4:55, RADS 3 is something of a THICK-WALLED cyst, but the same term THICK-walled cyst, alone, is also a criteria for 4A. I understand for RADS 3 we focus more on the cystic growth but if a cross sectional capture of a thick walled cyst would simply make it 4A, but after reviewing previous CT which demonstrates cystic component growth, all of a sudden it gets downgraded to 3?
