Sometimes the issue with the Bluetooth is because you had 2 or more devices connected to them. Some speakers/headphones tend to get a little bit confused when that happens.
i have a pair of these and i have not been disappointed at all. On my PC I used to use a 2.1 setup with a pioneer elite and klipsh bookshelves and sub. I wanted to change my setup because it took up a lot of room and i bought a new desk. these filled the void enough where i am happy and not missing out . I bought my wife a pair of Saiyin Bluetooth speakers and they are even cheaper and sound really good as well. Shocked me fully. i never was a fan of speakers like this. Obviously they will never replace a nice component system but they come real damn close.
I've had my Edifier C2X for a while now, I'm looking to potentially replace them (but keep the sub) with these R120DBs. So far I've always been content with Edifier speakers!
@@MrNice-xc8me This is a gift to my daughter abs I’m buying book shelf speakers, so you may want them. Not sure, but by getting these speakers, you will have that option. I will get these! Thanks!
Thoughts on Klipsch R-51M Bookshelf Speakers with AT-L60X-BT turntable. Versus Klipsch R-41M Bookshelf Speakers for AT-L60X-BT? I’m afraid that are Klipsch 51m are too big! I was getting the edifier R1280DBS because of the size. It’s a Christmas gift, and she young & she is brand new to turntables, so I could always updated as she gets older. Trying to get a descent pair of speakers. Debating between with 51M and 41M. Are the klipsch’s plug and go too like the edifiers? Are they all active speakers? Thanks!
Hel me guys...if I connect my 2 laptops to these using the 2 red/white inputs do I need to switch between inputs or will it just play whatever laptop im using??
@@Mark-OutWest You need to either press the Line1/2 button on the remote control OR press the volume control knob on the right speaker to switch between Line 1 and Line 2
You might want to check the connectivity of your speaker cable, the one that connects to the main and the secondary speaker. It's pretty normal to connect them in the wrong order. Hope this helps.
i own them and they sound awesome. but whey did you not bought the r1380DB? and you have to turn the trebble up because they would sound muffled if you would not turn them up and they are a bit higher as stated they are about 24.2 cm.
Dude, they're both 'active' speakers. One contains the amp and one is an "active" monitor. This was a helpful vid but, you know, they're both "active" otherwise one would be passive and WTF would that mean??
Hey, glad you liked the video. However, if I'm not mistaken that is the definition of a passive speaker, one that doesn't have a built in power amplifier and typically accepts power via the audio input connection. The word active is used when the speaker has a built in power amplifier.
I didn't like the video, and that's not the definition of a passive speaker. A "passive speaker" in this context is a metaphor for a speaker that does nothing more than reverberate. John is so much more than that; and nobody wants Palestinian refugees because they are cultured in Hamas schools and Hamas ideology. Jordan learned the hard way. You may notice that Egypt has learned too.
@lfMediatv No. ... An active speaker is a speaker receiving a signal. (both speakers receive a signal, only one contains an amp). ... ... The signal comes from the computer or whatever, ... it's sent to the amplifier; from there the amplified signal is sent to the speakers. That is to say that this kit has 2 speakers with one containing the amp. A passive speaker is a speaker in the same box as an active speaker but without any power. It would rely on air pressure changes caused by the active speaker to resonate. ... Passive speakers are always bass.
@@GOLFADDICT65I'm having a hard time deciding which way to go for my first setup. I don't plan on upgrading since the used market isn't really an option here in India. the main issue is whether I should go for speakers+sub+amp or active speakers + active sub. from what I’ve learned, passive is the way to go for better flexibility, whereas active is the way to go for cost efficiency. budget is $200, with a future sub upgrade planned. should I get a 2.1 amp or go for active speakers since I'm not gonna mess with the setup at all except for adding a subwoofer later?
speakers are always in a place where they are very visible, so the way they look it's important to me. I love those

Nice review, thank you. You were the final decision maker in buying some of these, cheers. Keep up the good work!

I have Logitech G51 do you think, knowing how old they are, they are still better than these Edifier?
I would say if the G51 Speakers still sound good, continue to use them.
does anyone know what to do if the left speaker won’t play music and has 0 sound coming out of it

This or mr4?
Can these be connected to PASSIVE Subwoofer?
You won't hear any sound from the PASSIVE subwoofer if you plug it in. The Subwoofer port on this speaker will only work with an ACTIVE subwoofer.
Da li kupiti EDIFIER R1280DBs ili EDIFIER R1280DB koji su bolji ?
Ovi sa "s" na kraju ti imaju opciju da se poveze sub jos dodatno.
Just got this on sale for 3,700 peso or around $67. Will save up again to pair it with T5 😁
Love the new graphics!
Thanks
This or the audio engine a2+?
I have not tested the A2+ so I would have to say Edifier.

You're completely mistaken and simply being rude. One is active and one is a passive speaker. 😅
My krk speakers were both active... Both had an amp inside and needed power into both.
all people explaining this speaker doesnt actually review it turn on and volume up just talk like u
