Swami Sarvapriyananda is the present Resident Minister and Spiritual Leader of the Vedanta Society of New York.

As I learn more about Non Duality, the idea of the Mandelbrot set keeps appearing in the mind... The endless zoom... whatever we think we know, even as described in Sacred texts, looks to me like a spot in a Mandelbrot set... there's always a deeper level, and I don't think we are meant, or can ever get to the bottom of it... it has no bottom. And if we don't understand how something can be bottomless, we shouldn't be surprised. The mind is limited. is it not? Even Perception is.... even Imagination...

Beautifullfully explained but extremely difficult to follow. Senses not so easy to curb , doesn't matter does it, an other time an other place ,an other birth ,how does it matter? Some how some day I will wake up a awakened being. I know I will.

We need religion to understand the god, but we need to give up religion to realize (to be with) the GOD!
I like the river and the boat analogy. I first read it in a collection of Bruce Lee quotes back when I studied Tae Kwon Do in the 90s, and I believe it fed into his philosophy of Jeet Kune Do. Since then I have come to realize it was derived from his spiritual teachings and applied to his martial arts teachings.
Fantastic, when u hear the truth u will know it,this swami has a gift of explanation, makes it joyful,not to serious . This is the way to learn,I thank him sincerely ❤️

Last week i went to Ramakrishna math khar in mumbai ,India.
The mission is doing great job.
Initially a person pretends that he is awake. Because he thinks that ,he knows more, he talks more , he struggles more he ask more, he does more. Then one day he sits deeply engrossed into him , Then suddenly he found that he is actually sleeping but not awake. Once someone in reality found that he is sleeping , then sound of wind, then sound of word, then small action , then small gesture make him awake. This sleep is very near to awakening.
