The reason its "way to real" is because this person just reused Hiro Mashima's designs. Each panel is from the manga ot the final Arc.

Despite being fanmade this was pretty cool, well except for the kiss part is dumb as why would a Dragon who sees humans as insects kiss one instead of kill her.
