One of my favourite scenes from the BBC TV series Only Fools and Horses with Rodney being chased in his Reliant Regal by a number of folks in a sports car. Superb :o)
This van was pretty much standard when they made this jump! They expected it to fall to bits, but the roof rack was the only thing that fell off.. God I love only fools and horses
How the hell did the van stay in one piece? This is the best advert for reliants ever lol it’s such a shame you can’t get them on just a provisional license anymore and need a full driving license otherwise I would get one 100%.
Oh the red car is a late 1970's Plymouth Volare. The roof was chopped off so that one of the passengers could easily jump into the car in one of the earlier scenes.

At least the trotters van doesn't have an airbag maybe that reliant Robin needs to have a airbag if they turn around corners they might cause a crash or a vehicle rollover at least one doesn't have an SRS curtain airbag how will be safe when they're in an accident at least Mr Bean has a reliant Robin not been tipped over on lots of major roads actually only fools and horses may have one mini Cooper
