I enjoy watching your videos because we have the same floor plan. My dinette slide is bouncing and jerking during while extending at about the halfway point. The dealership has looked at it and says that there is no problem. Have you ever had this problem or heard of it? I have sprayed dry lube on the slide seals with no results.
I have not had the issue. I would dry lube the rails where you see the teeth. If that does not help I’d be checking the bolts that attach the rails/slide mechanism to the frame. May have to drop the underbelly to do that.
I have one question before I start dropping the underbelly. Should the slide rails be centered on the gears? The rear slide rear on mine is rubbing on the forward roller.
