PARTY POPPER 🪮 Perry has come to the hotel for the best party room ever! But Bubble keeps trying to add more and more to the party to make it better, ignoring what the guest really wants, and putting off the people waiting to come celebrate for longer and longer. Eventuallly she adds so much to the party she's left no room for the actual party-goers and the guest of honor! Annoyed, Perry takes his party out into the hall instead, where everyone has been waiting to be let in. Realizing the true point of a party is to celebrate with the people you love, Bubble apologizes to Perry and moves the party into the hallway with him.
