I am almost a bit mad he did not have access to (or started earlier with) good qigong practice(s) that can drastically benefit the body in many ways that I can see he uses a ton of expensive equipment for. If you eat vegetables, make sure they are fruit-vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, etc) - vegetables that are meant to be eaten and have fewer toxins in them.
