I read comments and see the hate. The guy worked really hard on his startup and did well. Instead of spending it on cars or mansions, he studied his body and open sourced all his findings for the benefit of all, he doesn't make you buy his supplements, or sign up for any subscription service. He might look like a doll to some, but we are used to seeing people aged and burnt out, so that's maybe why it's offputting.

Some of the practices he nails 'em. Some he clearly kinda bruteforces into being okay. Some as he stated don't work.
The approach to food is something he can afford - eating right or even close to that is phenomenally hard today.
I am most skeptical with the gym, but at the same time I am sure there is a lot of research and data backing this up and he is getting a lot of benefit in the end.
His mindset is also quite right towards what he wants to achieve. And results are there, whatever anyone says, I looked into the comments to find his age and indeed the guy looks phenomenal at 47. But at the same time, he spends a lot for what he gets!
TBH if I had 10% of his budget and can allow the time I need to put in what I'd try is cut the gym part at 90% replace that with some eastern practices focusing on breathing and meditation more efficiently (I have the experience so I can skip some of the learning and actually practice a ton) this will provide some more natural benefits for the skin and overall body health and this way I can also skim on some of the expensive therapies. I am almost a bit mad he did not have access to (or started earlier with) good qigong practice(s) that can drastically benefit the body in many ways that I can see he uses a ton of expensive equipment for. Yoga and calisthenics - might be good additions/alternatives, but these practices mandate a good teacher that has not only the understanding and capabilities, but also a ton of practices under their belt and of course the ability (talent) to teach. Some more traditional leaning martial arts, can also provide good benefits in some of the previously mentioned areas. But the guy does have good balance and control over his movements honestly. Far far better than probably 95% of folks at the same age.

.4. Focus on your dreams and fulfill your higher purpose - and being of service.
.5. Make sure your water is filtered and pure (no chlorine or flouride, heavy metals etc).
.6. Make sure the air you breath is clean and crisp (move to rural areas or purchase an air filter).
.7. Do not drink alcohol, smoke, vape, or do drugs. No caffeine, No processed food, No unnatural sugars.
.8. Avoid eating seeds and seed oils (seeds are not meant to be eaten). If you eat vegetables, make sure they are fruit-vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, etc) - vegetables that are meant to be eaten and have fewer toxins in them.

One day he will be surprised by death, he might be able to preserve his looks, but death is inevitable as it should be. Death is a part of life, of you lead a good life, you shouldn't be afraid of death, because you'll have lived.

As a newbie investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable.
Ruth Ann Tsakonas is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.

I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of
information can be a big hurdle. I've been
making more than $200k passively by just
investing through an advisor, and I don't have
to do much work.. Inflation or no inflation, my
finances remain secure. So I really don't blame
      people who panic.
