This might be a little obvious to most of you who played this game, but for this zone's boss, my personal recommendation is Sonic and Amy. Leader doesn't really matter in this boss, by I like to go with Amy as the lead. Either way, with Amy as leader or support, you can utilize the Piko-Piko Hammer/Love Hammer instead of sliding into Eggface and risk hurting yourself. Plus, it saves quite a few failed attempts at attacking Baldy McNosehair.
