What's quite obvious to me is that Amir never hugs the wife he loves. Never kisses her. Never puts his arm around her, never holds her hand, but he can't leave his hands off of the first wife. He's always touching her and paying her his attentions even if it's supposed to be in anger, she's been touched 1,000 times and the wife he supposedly loves he has touched zero times. The first wife gets to have Amir touching her constantly, nonstop. It's very obvious the first wife gets more attention and Amir is constantly touching her. For weeks he touches first wife all over her body. Shoulder, chest, back, touches her head, always touching her. Fatima should start doing wrong so her husband will at least touch her too all the time.
