The pirate could be from Time Bandits but could even be from a book like The Girl From Everywhere which is about a time-traveling pirate ship.

I have no idea what sort of youtube wormhole I'm going down but I went from a guy rapping about "Dammit It Feels Good to Be a Chap" to a guy rapping about "Just Glue Some Gears On It (And Call It Steampunk)" to a guy rapping about the "Inn At the End of Time" and I'm fixing to just buckle up and see where this ride takes me

Is that supposed to be Amelia Earhart? If so, that's a rather esoteric reference to a, "Star Trek: Voyager," episode unless there are more stories about Amelia time-traveling. :)
