I have had the honour of meeting and speaking at length with many veterans on my travels over the years in the USA and in the UK. Sadly a lot of these guys are never the same after active duty in the war zones of this world and although there are many great organisations world wide who help veterans, many of them slip under the radar and never receive the help they need. Drifting from place to place, PTSD, mental health and addictions take them further away from the help they need.
