Yeah maybe. Xb scales with magic power so conc energy isn't a wasted item anymore! But, I think the devs forgot to implement the +12% mp thing at max conc stacks so it is useless as of now
the hit regen 5% hp wont work in the long run specially on late game... those equips meh specially that regen cloak with those equip you will die easily vs uranus or alpha easy wrong emblem and equip
