So this Pasqually was probably from a Showbiz location and was part of conversion from Rock Afire to Munch's Make Believe Band (Chuck E. Cheese). A CEC Pasqually has 8 movements (cylinders, as opposed to the 13 (up to 17) counted here). Doing my own personal research on the Rock-afire Explosion animatronics, they were more capable and had more range of motion than an actual Chuck E Cheese animatronic armature.
The flow controls underneath the stage not only make it easier, but faster to adjust, even while a show is running. They don't have to take the figures apart and thus avoid damage.
And I was thinking if I kept the flow controls at the valves if I want to move them it'll be no big deal to change. But if they're in the figure and I want to move them I would have to put couplers or run new hoses again. So I'll keep them at the valve and see how it goes.

Often the flow controls are mounted directly on the intakes of the cylinders. But often in those kind of applications the cylinders are exposed or very easily acessible.

Well getting parts for Dook like the ear levers, fiberglass skull, leather guards, and all needed things and the cosmetics in general are impossible to obtain nowadays
