WTH! I am the administrator to my own computer. There should be no file on my computer that says I need permission. Whomever is writing these files need to be sued into oblivion.
Please help, i've followed all your steps but when i delete a message pop up: You require permission from Users to makes changes to this folder. Thanks in advance!
Not sure if it would be the same process, but I sometimes have a problem with renaming drives on 'This PC' section of File Explorer. Not only that, but compared to certain other drives (as well as devices, I suppose), for some reason my device (laptop) allows me to rename a device/drive using 28 characters (spaces included), but then restricts me to only 11 characters for certain others. This said, may I have your appropriate email address so I can send screenshots of my issues (hope I do not sound intrusive)?
i have a solution but it's not a permanent fix. You can go into safe boot and restart your pc and edit all the files without permission.... (You can get into safe boot by clicking Windows+R > typing msconfig > and getting into boot section and clicking on safe boot > and finally restarting your pc > then you can just delete/copy/move your files as you wish and then get back to normal boot by following the same steps that i listed above.....
I can not change permission by this.
Access is denied error. please reply.

fiddle around with it if you're still having trouble. I needed to use my login name instead of just Users
I am shown as the administrator and still can’t move/delete/copy file. Please help…
BlueStacks_nxt is not uninstalling even after following your formula. How to do next?
