Me and my buddy started playing this tonight and it's a lot of fun. He's new to this kind of game but I've played quite a bit of Tarkov on PC do I kinda know what to expect when it comes to these type of games. Gotta say it's a lot of fun. Gunplay could be a tad better but I understand why it's so janky so it's more chaotic.

If you are going to try to avoid gun fights, what’s the harm in bringing a good weapon? I see this an an opportunity to use a good weapon as you will likely survive and bring them home,, while increasing your odds of winning if you do find yourself having to protect yourself.
Yes but this game is way too unpredictable someone could be watching you for the past 5mins running around clearling a loot spot then bang!

You could run right past a camper and have no idea then bang you get sprayed in the back

The way you made it seem is i bring a legendary weapon i survive at all odds bring home the loot crates and get a handful of kills
Really unless you are good at pvp that's not realistic at all on vigor! 🤣
I loaded into annakin once and someone was on my bit of island already i literally only had time to take a last puff of my spliff put it out picked up the controller and bang he got me the match had just started 🤷🏻
If that was you with your good weapon you would be pissed luckily i rarely bring weapons maybe a thompson or pistol sometimes that i already own a lot of but rarely good ones plus the more you take in the less you can take out..
@@thatcarguy6190 Well I definitely wouldn’t recommend bringing in a good weapon if you’re going to be Lonewolfing it against a bunch of team ups.
And I guess to each his own. You may need have estimate your survival rate with a bad weapon versus good weapon in order to see if it’s optimal for you.
Id love to see the dev team add more stats to the game. I.e survival rates and kill rates for each weapon.

@@jeramiehieb6228 Well im just looting at the moment i only kill if i have found the weapons to defend myself like on fiske fabrikk the lost patrol crash i go straight for that arm myself and then go from there and yes at the moment i need XP i just spent 790crowns on the battle pass
And just like he did at the end of this video, DO NOT run down the middle of the road. Especially in a straight line.

You say not to loot cars, and I get why but I have to disagree. The loot can just be so good, I've found about 5 mortar strikes outside of safes, and all of them have been from cars.
I mean go for cars if you are confident you won’t be hunted down by other players, but yes cars do have some great loot

You are just looting away, and filling up nicely I might add. Then you see it. In the distance, it’s beautiful, and it appears that her doors are still closed. You get closer and it’s soon confirmed when that beautiful little white dot appears. You creep up next to her and begin staring her right in her gorgeous white square icon. Then you pause and remember looting a couple cars a few minutes ago and you think, “is this the one?”.
You think about moving on but soon you just can’t resist and you press her button. Immediately the loudest alarm ever goes off and you find nothing but one single glint part.
Where can you find electronics, NOT IN CARS? I’ll randomly find them but not nearly enough. Any ideas?
I normally find them in Fridges, The big Blue electrical boxes, and cars, sometimes in loot POIs like Barred, Locked, and timed safe, finding the most electronics is hard if you are avoiding cars but if you see willing to take the risk of looting them just run away immediately so your aren’t spotted
Step 5: dont wear flashy battlepass cosmetics when only looting, you will get hunted (my experience 😢)
Just use the ones that are actual camo'd
What about the buried cache. If you find that, it gives you a ton of life

The Tryhards ruin the fun of getting stuff there just out there to kill
I dont mind dying in an encounter its part of the game. BUT what I cant stand is the guy that chases you into the exit just to kill you so you dont get out with anything knowing that he s in the exit and wont have time to loot your corpse
OR the guy that kills everyone with aim bot , then checks the signal , knows no one else is left in the zone YET lets the safe, crate , and air drop rot.
Just making sure no one gets anything at all including himself. That's just pure evil.
I've seen it many times these last 4 weeks.
I even watched one do all that , kill the last guy close to the exit carying the air drop. DID NOT loot it . Had plenty of time to run out , but instead did jestures until he died from tge radiation.
Some people just love to be as evil as possible.
