This was one of the best mods you can do on your Mercedes CLK, in order to refresh the old halogen headlights look and replace it was a more modern LED Bulbs upgrade, with halo rings this has also increased the visibility and is more safer on the road.

Looks great! Can you tell me did you replace some inside parts from old bumper to new one? Because i just crushed totally mine and think if i buy the same can i install it without inside parts witch mechanic told me is necessary...
Absolutely but it depends on the spec of your car if you have front parking sensors then you can use that from the old bumper also the washer jets, but I don’t want to put it on the new one as you would need to create a mechanism for it to work which isn’t worth it, the benefit is the car is lighter as the bumpers are made from fibreglass which gives the car better acceleration and fuel economy 👍🏾💯

what website did you get that bumper my guy and did you have to do your own cuts and holes on the new bumper?
I've got the same ones you got but my passenger side doesn't halos don't work, even though they are wired correctly like yours, any tips?
I’d say get a voltmeter and check if you’re getting any power into the new connections you made also what year model is yours?

How much does it cost to get lights the whole unit. If you see in a crashed Mercedes in a breakers yard how much would you possibly expect to pay for the second-hand ones in the if they were still in nice condition hope you can give me a ballpark as to the prices cars will not be holding you to anything I'm only looks approximate especially if it was in the breakers yard and it had been hit from the back what could you possibly expect to pay for the second hand vans in the breakers how I am aware sometimes they might charge you just as much as it would cost to buy them now new so, I would like to hear your opinion
It would cost approximately £120 for both used or new you can get it for £450 for both hence I just invested in the upgraded headlights 👍🏾💯

Hi John, I’ve not had any dashboard lights for installing the LED headlights. Maybe you installed non canbus bulbs. The ones I fitted in the video they were the best bulbs to use also put a link in the description 👍🏾💯

@CARLISONIT would these fit my c180 kompressor se sports coupe as the front end is same as clk if not do you know anywhere i could get headlights like these i brougt some headlights and didn't fit because of the bumper style was normal c180 i didn't realise tia if you can help with advice

Why are they flickering did you add canbus decoders if not that's why there flickering
That’s how the video captures it when you record led lights it looks like it’s flickering but in reality it’s not

I think I got it for the most part. Just need the H1 and H7 lights. I’m guessing anti flicking harness is needed. At 5:58 I notice a device that is screwed on. Not sure what it is.

Only just seen this, dunno about legality or MOT issues, blue bulbs a big no no, I put some LEDs in an old MX5, straight FAIL, 6000K too blue as well, sidelights also blue, plod will have a right time, get ready for a producer! Did you tell your insurance? Have a crash and insurance investigator will be all over your ass! Looks nice tho’
Did your mx5 have projectors? If not that will explain why you got pulled over, because the beam pattern will dazzle on coming drivers, the mercedes clk just got MOT’d passed and also drove past a whole bunch of police, I even had them complementing the car. You need projectors headlights to fit LED, or HID kit bulbs 👍🏾💯
